Klarna makes it easy to purchase that would otherwise be expensive had we not had this payment option! I thought I had Apple Pay so that if one card doesn’t work the other will!

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. They allowed a seller to take payment without providing the promised service or materials, and no safeguards were in place to protect buyers.
I never received the class or vendor list I paid for, yet my payment was processed with no hold or verification. When an issue like this occurs, there should be systems in place to prevent sellers from collecting money without delivering.
Because of this experience, I’ve had to file a dispute for services not rendered. This situation could have been avoided with proper oversight and accountability.
Due to the lack of protection and support, I will not be using this company again.
