Horrible
I paid for express shipping and it still took 5 days, traveling from Finland to Denmark, then Germany, to arrive in Sweden. Really? It was impossible to send directly to Sweden ? Really?
And they didn’t apologized, offered to compensate me for delay and inconvenience, not acknowledging it at all. Don’t even have an address or phone number, this website is imaginary company.

The battery is bad
The battery is bad.
I have used it only for one month and the wrist band caused a skin rush. This never happened with watches.
Besides those two negative things, the watch quite high-tech with so many interesting features.

Extremely dissapointed with the service…
Extremely dissapointed with the service from Klockmagasinet. Orders a Watch over 4 weeks ago and havent recieved it yet. Have tried to contact Klockmagasinet 3 times without any response through email. No phone number or further contact details. I dont know if im ever will recieve any Watch or if they Will response. The watch was a birthday gift to my brother and it was weeks ago. I dont recommend anyone trusting this company! Its probably a scam.
