Thank you for your review.
We can adjust the watch band free of charge before shipping out the watch, if the buyer writes their wrist size in additional information-field on our checkout. This is also stated in our FAQ page https://www.klockmagasinet.com/vanliga-fragor
But afterwards the watch band adjustment is done with the buyers cost.

Sadly the manufacturer does not include tools with Casio watches.
Our delivery time is 3-5 business days. I checked and your package was delivered on the 4th business day after the purchase. So this was well within our promised delivery time.

Great service & offer...'Low Battery'?? Need attention to detail.
The ease of finding what I wanted was good. Availability, use of website, etc. Pricing also good.
Delivery, including tracking, was very professional. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, and the product is good (as expected).
The negative point: when I took the dive computer from the package and tried to activate, the message read "LOW BATTERY"; the first thing I must do? Go to my nearest dive shop to change the battery!! 140SEK later I have a fully functioning computer.
So....good service and good offer....need to pay attention to detail! Then you get 5+ stars!!

We always try to make sure watches have a good battery before shipping them out. Due to our large volume and stock, it is challenging to check all the batteries.
It is possible the watch has been in manufacturers or importers stock a long time before coming to us.
We took care of this and refunded the cost of battery change, you should receive a separate confirmation e-mail soon.

Your order was placed on Friday evening the 1st of March and we shipped the order on Monday the 4th. It took a little bit longer than usual for your tracking code to update but luckily you still got your order on time :)
