Never buy here
Never! Never order goods from this store. I have a great experience of buying a defective watch, which the store refused to accept back. I bought a Galaxy Fe watch, unpacked and turned it on, during the day the watch just lay on the table without wifi and bluetooth turned on, even with the screen turned off (the screen turns on only with a gesture) and the watch, ATTENTION discharged from 100% to 0 in 15 hours (the manufacturer claims 40 hours) Absolutely NEW watch! They refused to accept the watch back, citing that ONLY UNUSED goods are subject to return. And how will you know that you bought a defective product without turning on the electronics?! Moreover, after I sent them the watch back, they tore the new packaging and sent me a defective watch with damaged packaging. If you are eager to lose your money, feel free to buy here!

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience, and that the watch was defect.
You are correct, only unused products are subject to returns. If a defect is discovered while the watch is in use, the retailer has the right to have the product repaired. We sent the watch to Samsung offcial service center, and sent it back to you. Samsung service reset the watch to factory settings, updated its software and ran diagnostics to ensure it works as intended, including battery time.

We promise a delivery time of 3-5 business days. The package was shipped out from our warehouse on Monday February 10th, and arrived on Thursday on February 13th. So it was delivered well within this.
We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the courier. Sadly we are not able to affect it if for some reason the courier estimate of delivery day changes.
