Aboutlute waste of time im glad i only brought a low value product.
Repeated request for refund only to be told it had been issued but never was.
Definitely give this fraudulent online shopping experience a wide berth.

Non receipt of goods etc. Reported to Credit Card company. SCAM

I had to put 1 star to write a review, do not touch these people with a barge pole, total scam, as described by others, no goods, no refunds.

We ordered some weedkiller the package didn't arrive but the courier said it had to be returned because it got damaged I have sent at least 15 emails and filled in their contact form but robot answer telling me we've been refunded our bank confirmed there's no refund from them been received. Don't shop with this company, don't know how they are allowed to trade worst company ever.

Konnec.co.uk stole my money, no goods delivered. Emailed and said they had refunded but never did. Do not trust this company. No proper business address but make you feel they are affiliated with Amazon.co.uk and it appears they are but as stand alone business, they are in my opinion disreputable and not to be trusted.

Ordered paint around 1pm just noticed a refund email saying viva wallet or something no explanation nothing

Checked bank app and can't see the payment going to them in pending so hopefully just means order was cancelled before processed

Should have checked company on here they seem truly awful

My 91 year old father ordered 2 heaters and has been waiting 3over 3 weeks. I have emailed them 3 times and emailed acknowledged but no action taken, One email came back mentioned Amazon

As the other reviews say (which i wish i checked before ordering) items don't come then when you email you get a template response (which remains the same no matter the issue) it will tell you your item has been refunded. Though so far no money has come back to me and you can't get anything other the the template email response. It's not a legit retailer

PLEASE DO NOT USE KONNEC!!
They are scammers and you will loose money. My order, like so many other reviewers, was not delivered and it is impossible to get a response from them.
Use other reputable companies and you will not be disappointed as you will be if you use Konnec.

These are Scammers.. stay away.
Product never delivered

I purchased a inflatable tube toy for the beach but it never arrived, I tried to email konnec about this but they put the wrong email address on the correspondence, so I went on there website and got there email address there, only to get an automated response from them everytime. They won't return my money or sent me my order. So please buy your goods from other TRUSTED companies.

My order was not delivered and my promised refund never appeared. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

Completely agree with my Co reviewers of this business. Ordered a product for which payment was taken but no goods were or have been subsequently received. Have emailed on numerous occasions and received just one response. Since then nothing. No response, no goods, no refund. I’ll do what I can to bring these scammers to book.

Company suspect. Haven't received goods. No phone number only an email to communicate with them. Their email replies do not make sense and do not answer the questions asked - they are automated replies. Tracking info looks dodgy, replies are dodgy. they say refunded - no refund received. I have informed my bank, cancelled my card (very important to do that). On Facebook I searched for Konnec and found a post saying some people have reported them to amazon for diverting shoppers. Info by another reviewer below I found helpful as it tell you what action to take in this situation - so I have copied and pasted it in here to help others (and I will be contacting Watchdog as suggested). This is what another reviewer said:

These conmen/scammers are also on tiktok, facebook, linkedin etc, and they also come up on goggle searches when searched by person name. They send fake tracking numbers which do not work, they also send a preformatted auto reply email stating that a refund has been processed, when it has not. Getting your money back - 1. go to your bank or use phone banking and report the issue to the bank and ask for A 'Charge Back'. The bank will then log your request and will refund the money within 48hrs. They will also cancel your debit card and issue a new replacement debit card (free of charge) as Konnec can make further debits on your account using the original card details. Then report these conmen/scammers and their associated scamming websites to the TV program WATCHDOG - to investigate these conmen and their various scamming websites. The more people that report these conmen/scammers, the better as i am sure with enough complaints about these individuals, then watchdog will undertake investigations and hopefully we will see these conmen/scammers being approached on live TV.

Absolutely disgusting company. I ordered water filters. They never arrived. The company stole my money. They say they refunded it but absolutely did not. I won't rest until they do! Order #9160
