Like everyone else has said - I placed two orders on the same day. Nothing arrived. Despite emailing them countless times and being told my refund would be in 5-7 days and still nothing. Total sham of a company!!!

I ordered goods and they didn’t arrive, they apologised and stated they would refund me back within 5–7 days and if in the meantime the goods arrived to keep as a goodwill gesture. Guess what…no refund no goods..emailed again to say no refund received to get a reply to say that they cannot refund something that has already been refunded. That even sent a snap of the sage pay with my name on but no details of where it was refunded to. I replied…nothing and sent a further email asking for resolution..it’s not a large amount but it’s the principle and if they are doing it to other it adds up. Don’t trust them.

Never received goods, even with a tracking number that never worked. Have been requesting a refund for 3 weeks and have been sent a screenshot saying processed but nothing received.

Received paint with a broken lid, which obviously spilt everywhere during delivery of product. It was clear the lid was broken prior to delivery as it was taped up in a fashion, with bin bags. I am unable to use the product as intended and it needs to be disposed of. I have emailed numerous times asking for a replacement or refund but have had no response, apart from generic 'We Miss You' emails.

Terrible company. I paid for goods in August, they never arrived and despite at least 6 emails they have not refunded the money. They just answer the email saying the refund is complete and I will receive it in 5-7 days. NO refund appeared. Do NOT trust this company they are total scammers.

Item not received contacted the company who assured me I would receive a full refund which never materialised after many e-mails to the company which they responded to repeatedly with the same text I realise this company has no intention of refunding my money

Well, what can say that others havent already said. The lowest of the lows, no morality and stooping to prey on the good nature of others. If Amazon are reading this, please remove them from your business partners list you dont want to be associated with "traders" like this outfit.

Absolutely disgusting...its too good to be true....I ordered paint £26.00 and like everyone else never received it..looking to go down the small claims !!!!!

This company will lie and cheat you out of your money.
Total SCAM company.

Complete scam of a company. Keep the money but don't send the goods.
If you get in contact they fob you off by saying you will get a refund but it never happens.
Stay far far away from these guys.

Similar to everyone else experience, I never received my goods and despite several e-mails have never received a refund. Reporting this sort of fraudulent retailer is not easy either - probably just have to right this one off to experience!

Paid for the goods, never arrived, tryed to claim a refund and they wouldn't do it. Tried to claim back through my debit card and still wouldn't work. AVOID

Bought a couple of tools from these tools. Never arrived and have received 4 identical emails from them but no tools and no refund. AVOID!

Konnec stole my money too, I didn't receive the goods and after sending them at least 20 emails I never received the refund that they said they had issued , I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order.

Don’t buy anything from this scam company! Over a month ago I did it and they STOLE my money! Yes, because I paid for something that I didn’t received and didn’t refund the amount that I paid

conmem bought magnolia paint off them 6 weeks ago paid over a thousand pounds for it still havent received it stay well clear reported it to my credit card company

As so many others here I was duped - goods never arrived and multiple requests for refund brought fine words but no money. I should have checked reviews first - hindsight's a wonderful thing!
Lost about £13 so not the end of the world but please don't use Konnec - they are con men.

As with a lot of other reviews this company took the money item never arrived and every time I contact them they say they have issued refund...THEY HAVE NOT..obviously a regular event!

There was delivery error with my order and Konnec went above and beyond to rectify the issue, very impressive.
