ordered from them twice..first time no delivery but immediate refund. so, benefit of the doubt ( this was before all these reviews) and ordered again. no delivery. promised refund, but didnt happen. chased them again, and this time they not only stated the refund had been made, showed a screenshot of a refund transaction. problem was the "refund" didnt turn up in my Amex account. amex have refunded and are now investigating, supported by the entire email trail between myself and these con artists.

I placed an order back in June and never received a confirmation email or my order. I have tried to contact them numerous times on different emails and have had no response. Absolutely disgusting company - do not give them your money.

Absolute fraudsters.
Now being investigated by credit card company for lying.
Goods never sent. Refund promised but not received. It's all in writing.

Very bad experience. I ordered a watering system timer which never arrived and promises from Konnec to follow up my complaints never materialised so I asked my credit card company to reverse the transaction. Konnec objected to the payment refund bu luckily I had kept all the emails and spurious parcel tracking information. Based on this my credit card company maintained the refund but warned that Konnec still had until 9th October to object again. That date has now passed so my refund is now safe. I would never dream of doing business with this company again.

If I could give no stars, I would. What a completely fraudulent company. How I wish I had checked on Trustpilot before placing my order. I waited ages for my items to arrive, several weeks after the due date - nothing. They promised to refund the money and - as a gesture of goodwill no less- I could keep the goods if they arrived. Which they were obviously not going to do. No refund, despite me contacting them several times. They are a completely unscrupulous company, I really don't know why they are still allowed to trade. I shall be getting in touch with trading standards etc. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BUY FROM THEM. As a final insult, I get emails from them, asking me to come back, as a valued customer!

Daylight robbers, thieves, scammers, liars, lacking a conscience. Do not consider buying anything from this company, they take your money and don’t deliver the goods. Disgusting doesn’t cut it. Placed 2 orders on 13th August, contacted many times by phone and email, promised a refund over 2 weeks ago, but, guess what! It hasn’t reached my account yet ☹️

Ordered items on 12th august- said dispatched with no real tracking number. Was told on 30th august that refund would be given - still no refund- refusing to give contact telephone number. Same standard email every time chased.

Absolute disgrace, how I wished I checked them out on Trustpilot before parting with my money. I am a senior citizen and have to be careful with my money.

I ordered a hose pipe for the garde, arrived with no attachments and broken. I contacted them and they promptly said they would send a full refund. 2 months later, not only have I not had a refund but each time I email them, I get an automated email stating they have already processed the refund and that I should contact customer services. All my email I addressed are to Customer services! The company is a scam as there is no telephone contact nor contact details for the managing director to be found!

Conning Bastardos,they should be stopped. They seem to change directors and address of company often this company must be investigated and all directors past and present brought to justice.Rogue traders TV should look into them.

Debited me my cash. Didn't send item in my opinion. Says it was shipped. No correspondence back from them. Totally phoney, absolute rip off

What can I say... Same issue as everyone else. Placed an order it didn't come. They blame the delivery company promise a refund and guess what. Nothing and then they ignore you. I can never understand when this keeps happening why are these companies allowed to keep going.

I ordered goods which did not arrive. I emailed customer services 3 times and got a standard email which said they would refund my money within 5-7 working days. The money has not been refunded and the goods have not been delivered. After reading these reviews I realise I have been scammed.
