Wish I'd seen reviews before ordering from this company. I
placed 2 orders neither of which have been delivered. Konnec said they have refunded and would be in my account in 5-7 days. Weeks later no refund. Konnec have sent me the same email responses as other reviewers here. So my advice AVOID! Do not buy anything from Konnec. I have received no goods and not been refunded.

Fuyez, vous ne recevrez pas votre commande. Réponses fallacieuses aux relances, j'abandonne mes 30 euros aux arnaqueurs.
Run away, you will not receive your order. Misleading responses to reminders, I give up my 30 euros to the scammers.

I have only given one star so I can tell readers NOT TO USE KONNEC AT ANY COST.
They are scammers and you will lose your money. Google should not list their "products" and they should be investigated.

Ordered from this company, but no delivery of my item. This company is a complete scam, their name is very apt..Kon. I should have read the reviews before I ordered....

This product was paid for but never delivered.
Customer services send an automated response that is a lie (see below). Fake company taking peoples money.

I used Konnec in haste without checking the reviews. This company is stealing. They don't supply any goods. Just take your money. They reply to emails but never give refunds. They know how difficult it is to stop them. Avoid unless you like giving your money to crooks

It's a pity you can't give a negative so a one * will have to do SCAM company all the promises to repay after a "mix up" at there end, been waiting for £15.00 for 2 weeks now .. tell you what keep it hope you choke on it..
Don't use you'll get nothing from them and no refund..

Ordered 2 watering cans on 27th July 2022;
Today is 13th September still nothing received.
I have E mailed them,filled in their complaints form but you might as well not bother.
Instead they keep sending me E mails saying “We really miss you” How dare they!!!

Avoid! Hopeless! Whether dishonest or incompetent hard to say, probably the former.
Item ordered over a month ago yet to arrive, an occasional email response promises action that doesn’t happen.

1ST order came mid Aug order some more pink lemonade elf bars, got an amazon tracking number, week later nothing. Emailed them numerous times, then amazon cancelled the label that was created so Emailed company again, got a blanket email 5 to 7 days refund....no refund to date.
It seems that a guy called Jayson Kandiah is now in charge, he is on Facebook and tiktok but I'm not on any social media, if anyone can get hold of him and tell him to sort out all these unsatisfied customers and either refund us all or deliver our goods that would be a start.
BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...IT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

I have been waiting almost a month for my purchase. Contacted the company via email, and they said money would be paid back. Still waiting for refund 9 days later

I order a hose pipe off this company.waited for it to arrive but nothing.i emailed them they said error or there part and would be sent out.still nothing asked for refund said 5/7working days 13 emails later still no refund or item.they keep saying they av sent refund no they avent.then say the item is being delivered by amazon.been truly ripped off.dnt order off this company.av any one any idea how i can get my money back please

Ordered a Sistema Twist n Sip drink bottle from Konnec in mid August, after the Sistema Twist n Sip was highly recommended by Which? It never arrived. I chased it up and received no response. Konnec is a scam retailer. Shop anywhere else but Konnec.

ORDERED ITEMS FROM THEM ON 21/09/2022, ITEMS NEVER SHIPPED AS PER THE TRACKING. I FOLLOWED THIS UP 8 DAYS LATER WAS TOLD A FULL REFUND WAS ISSUED ON 29/08/2022. REFUND NEVER ARRIVED. KONNEC TELL ME TO CONTACT AMAZON (THE SHIPPERS) TO CHASE IT WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REFUND, AS CONFIRMED BY THEM. KONNEC THEN STOP RESPONDING TO ME - THE ONLY WAY TO GET MONEY BACK APPEARS TO BE A CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK, MIRRORING ALL THE REVIEWS HERE.

THIS REFLECTS EVERYONES USER EXPERIENCE CLEARLY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCTS.

As can be seen, this company simply steals your money. Nothing more to say…other than DO NOT USE.

How on earth to the banks keep allowing them to take money from people’s accounts?

Why on earth do Amazon UK allow them a storefront presence?

This company seems to be a scam. Purchased goods. Goods didn't arrive.
Promised refund did not arrive either.

There is something very dodgy about this company if indeed it is. I ordered some vermiculite from them, it did not arrive so contacted them it seems they give a standard excuse lost delivery and will refund. The refund never materialise. Do not I repeat do not deal with this outfit.

Scam website. Be warned!!!

Like the other that have fallen victim to this website. I feel abit stupid. They take your money and raise a Hermes delivery to make it look like they are going to send items. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. The bank knew about this company when i was on the phone.

Did not receive goods, so emailed and was told on 26th August a full refund would be issued and would be in my account with 5-7 working days. It was not and so I emailed again on 12th September and was sent a DUBIOUS watsapp image that claimed to have successfully refunded money. I have now asked my credit card to take up the case.
