If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Seems like they sell some cleaning products on Amazon as a front. Whilst on their own website they sell, seemingly, very cheap branded household items.
On 22/8/22 I made the mistake of buying a Hozelock 30m Superhoze for £33.56. That was with their 15% website discount and free delivery. I thought the price was too good to be true. I should have trusted my gut instinct.
Immediately after paying I received an email confirmation. The following day I received a tracking link and was advised to download the shop app so that I could track my item more easily.
Delivery was supposed to be within 2-4 days using Amazon logistics. The hosepipe was never dispatched. I waited 4 days, then emailed Konnec. I got a reply the next day and was promised a refund within 5-7 working days. There was no explanation why the hosepipe wasn't dispatched. I waited the full 7 working days. Still no refund.
I emailed again, asking for my refund, I threatened to contact my bank, trading standards and online fraud team.
They replied, stating my refund was issued on 27/08/22 and they can not give two refunds. Rubbish reply, I never asked for a second refund, just the money back they owed me.
I emailed Konnec every day for a week asking for my refund. I got identical emails in response to my request.
Finally,on 8/9/22 I opened a disputed goods and services declaration with my bank, HSBC. It was a straightforward online form. I attached evidence of my purchase, screenshot of the tracking, and all email correspondence.
On 9/8/22 I received the disputed amount back in my bank.
Well Done HSBC!
I advise anyone struggling to get your goods or a refund from this scam of a company to take the dispute route, head straight to your bank with as much evidence as you can.

Total scam. Please do not be fooled in to buying anything from this company. They offer good prices where you pay and then don't receive the goods. How is this company allowed to con so many people, avoid at all costs

This website is a scam as far as I can tell! I have ordered some products to the value of £38.11. Although not a great sum. Konnec promptly took the money from my account and nothing ever arrived. I contacted the company twice and was given the same response. That my order cannot be delivered due to transportation issues. A refund has been issued. (NO IT HAS NOT!!) And should the product arrive I can keep it as a goodwill gesture! If they are having trouble with delivering and have supposedly issued a refund how is it ever really going to arrive! Looking at my account they have labelled my order unfulfilled! I would say please think twice before giving them your money for anything.!!! The website appears to be a total scam!

Same as everyone else, I ordered goods on 16th Dec with a promised 2 day Amazon delivery.
Havnt received anything.
I emailed their site and received a "ticket number".
Still no response.
Total scam site, avoid!!
I'll try my bank to see if I can get my money back.

This company is a total scam. They will offer you a discounted price, take your money, then give you a false tracking number for your item. When I contacted them (no phone number, just email) after several days, they reassured me that they had resolved the delay, but had repaid my money, and said I could keep the goods as a goodwill gesture, if it arrives. None of this happened of course, so I raised a charge back claim through my bank. For this you have to wait 15 days after the debit. Just avoid this company!

Con Company. This is con company run by a con man, do not waste your money as you will not get your goods delivered

This company is a scam. They advertise to sell items at good prices but the items never arrive. I contacted them regarding my purchase saying it had not been delivered and they initially told me there’s been a delay and thanked me for my patience. The item still didn’t arrive and they then told me they would give me a refund and if it did arrive I could keep it as a gesture of good will. When the refund doesn’t they just told me that it was coming or to contact Amazon as this is how they process the refund but all reference numbers are fake.

I’m usually so good at sniffing out scams so I am so cross with myself.

It’s amazing how this company is still able to operate. I strongly suggest that people report this company to get then closed down and the operators of this scam held to account. I will be reporting them as have been suggested by someone else on here.

This is scam company, I have ordered on 16 August and still waiting for the delivery, they are not replying my emails now, they are scam. Please beware and don't do business with them. I am just thinking where to complaint just for the safety of other peoples?

I wish I had read the reviews first.I have just gone through the same experience...I have been scammed.I wish I could stop this happening to others.

Disgraceful company!!! Ordered an item over a month a go, never recieved it & countless emails to them with no reply & no refund I'm disgusted they should be reported!!!

Another customer ordered goods have not received them but did get an email saying I would be getting g refunded within 5-7 days and of course as a goodwill if the goods get delivered I can keep them, I'm still waiting for either thing to happen, like others here steer clear

One star because I can't give no star. Have just made a report to my bank's fraud department. Konnec is a total scam. They will send an email stating they are dealing with non arrival of items but they do nothing. Have nothing to do with them. If like me you realise too late you have been conned, get on to your card company immediately to try to get your money returned.

As found out by dozens before me, CONNEC is a scam website. Buy something and receive nothing...except of course, a false tracking number which will have you checking it for ever more.

After a long 2 week wait an email said the parcel was on the way.Another long wait then decided to check TRUSTPILOT.So many similar problems from other people.Spoke to the fraud office of my bank and they have reimbursed me for the amount paid to KONNEC.They suggested not cancelling my credit card at the moment but monitor my account and get back in contact if any more money is taken.I finally got a reply from KONNEC apologising saying that I would be reimbursed and ‘IF’ the parcel did arrive I could have it for free as a goodwill gesture.Fat chance of me ever getting the parcel.Will advise everyone to avoid KONEC like the plague!!!

Ordered some varnish on 20 August 2022 it’s now the 7th of September and my varnish hasn’t arrived yet, so decided to go online to find out what Konnec sell and surprise surprise they’re a bogus site, scrolled down to find reviews about this site and they are appalling, how do these sites manage to con people, they should be prosecuted and closed down, disgusted at how they’re allowed to scam hardworking people.

If I could give this a 0 i would. Bought something in which we were given a false tracking number. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED!

Owners of the company display items as a low price. Should have been warning bells ringing at this.

There's no way to get in touch with anyone other than email. To which you never get a response!

I was searching on Google for particular domestic products for cheaper prices. Clicked on a link of Konnec website . There were nothing suspicious on its site .Ordered from Konnec website various cleaning domestic products for £98 on 4 August 2022. Received two notification emails . The last one was on 8 Aug 2022 saying that my order was shipped. Today is 7/09/2022 and my order still hasn’t arrived . On a shipment notification email was a link “OFF Amazon Shipping - Konnec tracking number: A11358026053” which lead you to Australian startrack website (?!) with “ We couldn't find your tracking number” message.
I wrote to provided on Konnec.co.uk email address but after reading other comments here I don’t think , I will receive a reply or a refund.
My fault. I should check reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering goods from Konnec. Very annoyed with myself.

SCAMMERS! Do not place an order. When you email them they have an auto response saying your item has been refunded. I emailed them 6 times in one day and got the same auto reply. It never refunded and your item doesnt arrive!

This company is 100% a scam...I wish I'd read the reviews before i placed my order and parted with my money....nothings been delivered and obviously nothing will be....I've informed my bank who are now investigating them.
Avoid....avoid....avoid at all cost....you will be ripped off

Ok I wished I had seen these reviews before I purchased an item off this company. Now it seems I'm in the same boat as many others having paid for this order and never receiving it. However, Just to inform you all there is something you can do as I have done. Report this website online. search in your browser for Report a scam websit: NCSC.GOV.UK and you can report them here. Let's all do this and stop them
