Konnec 

This company is a scam. They advertise to sell items at good prices but the items never arrive. I contacted them regarding my purchase saying it had not been delivered and they initially told me there’s been a delay and thanked me for my patience. The item still didn’t arrive and they then told me they would give me a refund. When the refund doesn’t they just told me that it was coming or to contact Amazon as this is how they process the refund but all reference numbers are fake.

I then looked at the reviews on here and found out that the company is clearly a scam with countless other people in exactly the same boat.

It’s amazing how this company is still able to operate. I strongly suggest that people report this company to get then closed down and the operators of this scam held to account.

Agree with all the negative reviews. My experience exactly the same. Have reported Konnec to Amazon, Trading Standards, BBC You & Yours and my bank. Trying to arrange a Chargeback with my bank. Amazon appears to have dropped them. Am now getting marketing emails from Konnec with lots of great offers - easy when you have the purchasers money but no intention of supplying the goods - do they really think I would be conned twice! I see a number of reviewers have already reported this scam - the more the better - why does it take so long for action to be taken?

Wished I had seen the reviews for this site as all seem to have the same experience. No goods no refund no contact from Konnec. Yes it’s a scam!

unfortunately i am now one of the many MANY people who have ordered products from this FAKE COMPANY.and never received it . now in process of reporting this to fraud section in my bank. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam, as others have reported my item didn’t arrive either and the delivery tracking didn’t work. I wrote to them numerous times and they just sent automated messages saying they’re going to refund but they never did.

Well what can i say seems weve all been scammed i too ordered goids paid in good faith and guess what.... yep you guessed No Goods emails galore sent and all u get back is a generic message Blah Blah Blah were sorry a full refund within 5/7 Days.
Then guess what Nothing..
Im contacting my bank along with trading standards this "Company" are nothing but thieves how do they get away with constantly ripping people off.
Disgusting times are hard enough for people now.
Well this isn't over in my opinion.
I will get my money back.

Well got to say this is the worst company I have come across in the whole of my life. My order was in on the 18th of August and still awaiting refund that they keep saying I will be getting. Parcel came within 10 miles of us then was sent to Hull 50 miles away then message saying it is being sent back to the supplier, customer service is a joke don't use them unless you really have to can't understand how they are being allowed to trade

Ordered goods with a delivery time of 1-2 days. Received confirmation that my order had been shipped, then nothing. You cant contact them by phone and emails go unanswered. The tracking number provided does not exist and after a month I have heard absolutely nothing from them. They claim to be an Amazon company, but clearly are not. This is nothing more than a scam which the authorities do not appear to want to tackle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Ordered on the 18th August never received konnec never replied total scam

I ordered something from Konnec earlier in the week. Then I stumbled upon these reviews. Oh dear . So I assumed I wouldn't receive mine.
However ,I did get an order confirmation. I did get a working tracking number . And I did get my order delivered today ( two days earlier than predicted ) So I'm very happy ,and I don't know what went wrong with the other customers.

They scammed me. I can’t get in touch with them at all.
Gutted.
I really want my money back.

I don’t understand how banks have given this company a merchant account. It’s puzzling me, how can it be a scam if the company name matches the purchase and the company knows if goods are not received customers can arrange chargebacks.

I didn’t receive the goods I paid for. I got an email apology with a note something had gone wrong with the delivery, I could get a refund or they could re deliver. Initially the delivery looked as if it was arranged by Amazon. I agreed for a re delivery, still nothing. I got another email apology this time offering a refund and I could keep the goods if they arrived, refund would be with me in 5-7 days. A week passed I got a message apologising for emails not being responded to and again refund has been processed, should be received 5-7 days, keep goods if they have arrived. Three times all claiming refund processed and to be received 5-7 days still no refund. Looking back at the last two emails, the link to track the goods leads to an Australian courier website. I have ordered in the U.K..

I am now worried the company is harvesting email addresses and credit are data. I can’t think of another reason to get people to have card information processed for goods a company knows they don’t have or that customers will never receive.

My order was placed 19/8/2022, after reviewing reviews on here yesterday and receiving emails yesterday with more of the same, I arranged the chargeback with my bank. Credit card payment so my bank credited my account.

How does this company exist?? The thieves are just taking your money. It's a huge CON....stay away. It's a black hole that steals your money. As majority say, they take your money and having acknowledged your issue reply to nothing. Fictitious tracking number with Australian mailing company. These people are outright crooks. STAY AWAY!!!!

DO NOT USE - SCAM WEBSITE!!! Like others, should have checked reviews. Luckily, low value but stated 2 - 4days delivery, when chase no customer service, tracking is fake.

Scam website. Should have looked at reviews first. No item no response. Only good thing is glue was only £5.00 so could have been worse

Ordered a Brita dispenser but never arrived.
Anyone that have purchased from this supplier using a credit card, you might be able to claim them back from your credit card provider.
