This is most definitely a scam. Purchased 2 tins of paint at a price probably too good to be true.

Paint never arrived and the tracking number did not relate to anything from amazon or any other company.

Sent email asking where goods are to be advised I would recieve a refund which never came.
English on email was poor which is usually the sign of a scam.
Luckily credit card provider is dealing with this now and has reversed the charges.

If we could give this a 0 we would. Bought something in which we were given a false tracking number. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED! Seems we have been scammed!

Owners of the company display items as a low price. Should have been warning bells ringing at this.

There's no way to get in touch with anyone other than email. To which you never get a response!

Update - had to go through the banks protection scheme to receive a refund. I'd advise anyone to do this if you've had the same experience, because trying to get any communication from this company is like talking to a brick wall!

Ffs should have checked reviews before ordering large.

Edit: contact your bank's customer service and ask for a 'chargeback form'. ALSO MENTION THIS TRUSTPILOT PAGE TO SHOW EVIDENCE OF SCAM. On the form, you will detail the transaction date, time, amount, retailer, proof you have tried to contact the retailer via email and what their response is (those robot answers) .. Etc.. Send it back.
I got my full refund back from my bank. My card is visa debit.

This is a fraud and scam web side please don't buy anything from KONNEC , i had a bad experience last week , faulty tracking no and using they are part of amazon .total scam . finally My bank refunded my £ xxx until investigation decision. PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEB SIDE AT ALL. Please see the details on COMPANY HOUSE . No customer service , no phone no, no response to emails . I have ordered for next day delivery . Nothing received for a week time , fake delivery ref no and courier details . SCAMMERS and Frauds. This is a scam company. I ordered something but they didn't deliver. They sent me an email with the tracking link which doesn't work. I am surprised how these fake companies appear in the google search, I guess they must be paying money to Google to stay as one of the sponsors.

Scam. Do not order from this company. They take your money and do not send the goods.

I spent £60 on plant food...damn! Bloody scam company..i got conned...!! Never arrived, no reply to emails and the web site is still axtive and has not been shut down i checked.....Do Not Buy ....AVOID

Goods never received and no replies to emails. I have requested a refund but won't hold my breath and will take up the matter with my bank once the 30 days has lapsed.
Lucky it was only £14 and not more. I thought as they were affiliated to Amazon that they would be okay to use. Back to Amazon for me!

I only wish I’d read the posts before also being scammed by them . The only thing now is to warn others to avoid ordering from Konnec at all costs.

You’ll not only lose money but then waste hours trying to get the money back from your credit card company.

Like others - placed an order, got a text confirmation & that was it - no goods arrived, no response to emails - nothing.

Don’t get tempted by their pricing - just move on & avoid them at all costs

How the hell are they still trading? They ripped me off too. Took my money and my order never arrived. Just like everyone else! You can see the odd good review in between the bad ones. Mmm is that the scammers doing these good ones. Time to get this place shut for good. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY WITH THESE SCUM BECAUSE YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.
They are also a set of cheeky b******* too. I contacted my bank and the fraud department gave me a charge back but they had the cheek to protest it saying they sent me the goods!!!!

Ordered a few weeks ago, no delivery. No email to confirm my order, only a text with a link to fake tracking. They claim to ship via Amazon within 48 hours, but the tracking link goes to an Australian website for Startrack. No phone number for this company on their website. I believe this to be a scam.

1 star as I can't give 0 stars. Been a month and my delivery isn't received. I've tried contacting many times but no reply. No number to call just an email. I have reported to trading standards. Disgusting behaviour. Strongly advise not to use this company.

My second review regarding an order that never arrived. I received a response from Konnec on truspilot themselves stating a refund had been issued and to get in contact if it hadn’t arrived. It never arrived, so I emailed them, but I’ve still not had any correspondence from them.

My order did not arrive but I got a refund as soon as I emailed to let them know.

Good customer service.

Exactly the same experience as numerous others. Impressed by very good price, delivery promised in 2-4 days. Tracking number invalid and surprise surprise no delivery. Have emailed company however, having read these reviews, I knew I wouldn't get a response and I was right. Have instructed bank to undertake charge back. Was not a huge amount paid (£9.90) but will still be reporting to trading standards. Cannot understand how this company us allowed to continue trading. This is theft!!
