If I could rate these 0 stars, I would because I have been waiting for a MAP OF THE SOUL TOUR rings from BTS since February of 2020. I saw their page on Instagram and because it picked my interest, I decided to try them, so I placed my order and it said that my package would be delivered a week after the purchase. I waited for the promised week but never received the package and I wrote them an email asking to know if there was a problem with the delivery or something and they apologized saying that it would take longer than expected, which I could understand since we were in a Pandemic. I have this app in my phone that lets me know when I package, I have ordered online has been placed, is on the way, has been delivered, and when it will be delivered so I track all my orders there and from Kpoptify I still have my order placed since 2020. I tried emailing them after a month passed to get them to refund my money, but they never responded and after three months of emailing them to return my money back, in one of the emails that I had sent, it came back to me saying that the email I was sending my emails was not in use. It is really upsetting that I never received my package or my money back and that other people as I have been fooled by those thieves. I really, really want to advise everyone not to buy from those scammers. They are trash that tries to rip people off their money and then make it seem like there was a mistake in the shipment and that it would take more time than expected. I hope that other people would not be as naïve as I was and buy from them. It is really upsetting, and it is infuriating because of the money that we had given to get a product that we never received and then when we email them to see if we could get our money back, they instantly ignore us. I hope that the person who or the ones if there is more than one person doing this that Karma bites them in their back. And for those who were scammed like me, would never face this again. It is really disgusting and infuriating.

I wouldn't even give 1 star honestly, I ordered bts rings a year ago and still haven't received it, I emailed them multiple times and they said it was on the way and then they started ignoring my email.
Please don't order from them its a scam!!!

Ordered something in 2019, its now 2 years later and I never got it. definitely a scam. glad I only wasted $50 and didn't buy more than that but it's still sad and hurtful. This is a vile excuse of a company and I hope they get what's coming to them.

100% Mafia, money laundering site and stealing your money. If you are using credit card or debit card bought things on this site, then you must replace with new card because this guys are scammer and collecting your card info then sell it to a dark web. recently i got warning from credit card company about transaction made by this site and affiliates for $1133.5 but it was blocked by the CC company.

Don't ever buy from here, ordered my birthday present from here and spent a lot of money, was never given the item nor the refund, they also ignored my emails and it's been 3 years since I've ordered, honestly so upset ):

Never got my order it’s been 2 years and they told me I would get refunded but never got it.

I did two orders last year:November 2019 & December 2019, before the 30 days expire I e mailed them. They replied since it’s X-Mas the items where in high demand, it would take till February. So, at that point I asked for my refund. Their responds;”If you don’t get the items before then, then yes we will refund you.” Every month I would send them an email, nothing. We are now on November 2020. I just hope karma doesn’t hurt them.

The worst site ever. Do not order from here. I had ordered two products from here. One was BTS album and one Bag set in the month of Jan and Feb. Now it's almost end of October but no revert from them. And they do not even revert back to mails.

I ordered my sisters birthday gift(2 BTS albums) from this website on August 15, 2020. It is now October 19, 2020 I have yet to receive my order. I’ve emailed them when a month went by and they replied saying that the product was in high demand and It would take another month. Now we’re at the 2 month mark and I email them again asking for a refund(on their website it states that after 60 days you’ll be illegible for a refund), they sent the SAME email and completely ignored my request. Now they are ignoring my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, ITS A SCAM.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I ordered a product on 2/7/2020... and its 10/18/2020... I still haven't received it. I emailed them multiple times and still haven't received an email back from them. I know that it is international and I understand that it does take a while for things to be received, usually 2 months... however ... its been over 8 months.... please save yourself the trouble and do not buy from this website. Now the card i bought it with is different (since it expired) and now I have no clue how I am going to get a refund.

these people are thieves i spent 150 dollars for bts products in april and its october now in 2018 the same thing happened and they used my location as an excuse for not delivering or refunding my money. they are now ignoring my messages and emails. please dont buy from them. FRAUD

I spent almost $100 trusting this site it’s a year later and I never received anything and I never even got my money back do not I repeat do not trust this site!

I ordered a few things from them and i was told it would come in a month...Surprisingly they kept in touch with me saying that the order is on its way but because of the amount of orders it s gonna be a little late.I said ..ok..i ll wait...BUT 3 months after(i even was patient) i emailed them and told them to give me a refund because the order didnt arrive..AND THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK..they are disgusting ..no better than s*it
