Never got my order. Money down the drain

Waited 65 or so days, never came. Never got a tracking number either

I Ordered the BTS TEAR Box. It came roughly around the time it said but a lot of items in the description of the product was missing. Including the box so everything got mashed up in the post. It came with the CD which was clearly not official as it had the logo for the wrong album on it and also a song from another album too. I tried to get some form of refund but they ages to reply and only offered 10% off next order. Clearly never will order from them again. Don't risk buying from them.

I ordered the bts box in December 2018 and have I received it? NOO! They told me that there has been a problem and every time they said it would get it soon. Never got it.

I ordered about a year ago and nothing. I hate and regret buying from kpoptify. 0 stars deserved.

It has been 5 months and I still haven't gotten my order. Is there a way to sue them.

Don’t trust them! I’m waiting from January to receive my money back!

I would say no star. Ordered an army box in dec, 2018. I contacted them in feb 2019 and was told there was shipping issues. They would give me a refund. I waited until April. Then asked for a refund and was told to file with my credit card company. They are taking people’s money and making the credit card companies pay for it with no intention of delivering

This company is the biggest scam ever!!! I bought 2 taehyung army boxes for $45 and I live in England. Over 38 times of emailing them they tell me that my bank Santander was the one at fault here. Clearly it was them and not the billion pound business. They told me to wait and it's been over a year now. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! They're a tiny dodgey business in Thailand and when u ask for a refund they ask for bank details so they can take more money out. It was easy enough taking the money away from me but needs over a year to put it back in.

SCAM ALERT!
Merchandise never arrived. I am told they would process a refund but never did. Emailed to check the status of refund and the emails have been largey ignored. Do not reccomend you put your trust in this company. They dont even have a customer service line to able to call. AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought a BTS box and it never got delivered .

They're trash. All fraudulent. I've bought an Army Box in January and we're in April and they haven't ship it yet. I wrote them a few mails and they keep saying to me that when they'll ship it I'll receive a tracking number. But they don't do it. I'll wrote to them again and I asked them to cancel the order and they say they only cancel orders if the fault comes from their side so they can't do it. So, I've paid for something that they won't ever send. They are scammers so please don't buy anything from them.

Fraudulent. Ordered, didn't get delivered, don't get money back. Fraudulent.

Kpoptify should not have any star rating. I too been lied to since November 2018. They won't reimburse me and and gives me the runaround. Do not buy from this company. I will go through a list to blast and discredit this company. Failure on customer service and satisfaction.

I ordered over $150 worth of items from their shop in DECEMBER of 2018 for Christmas gifts for all of my friends. It is now late March of 2019 and still nothing! I've emailed them numerous times begging them at this point to cancel the order so I can have my money back and I always get the same response. DO NOT TRUST!

I have ordered in november and still haven’t got my order nor my money back! The only thing they tell me is that they‘re having shipping problems! Don‘t order there it‘s such a scam!

If there is a zero star im gonna choose it. Their service is so so so garbage. I ordered last aug 2018 until now they havent gave my tracking #. I emailed them they always made up so many reasons bout shipping problems then i decided that I just need a refund but they want me to file a dispute in my bank to refund me easily. They give me no choice. This is a scam.

This is not normal i am waiting for my army boxex since october. I see that they said these things about shipping problems to many people so i want to say to all people to go to police and report them!

Bought 2 ARMY boxes at the end of September 2018 and never got them. They said they kept having shipping problems and just recently told me that they wouldn't be able to give me my boxes and to get my money back myself by disputing with my credit card company. They had tactfully kept giving the shipping problems excuse until the dispute time window closed though, so it was too late. Worst service ever. Terrible. Appalling. Never ordering from here again. Warned all my friends too.

Ordered two K-pop boxes . Never got delivered. Nor did they refund the money. They are not giving the transaction Id also and they said they have already refunded he money. Horrible services.

I bought a bts box back in August 2018 and never got my box, I contacted them every month about it and they said it would take a while because so many people bought it.

I’ve had to go to my bank and ask for a dispute to ask for my money back!
