I previously bought an EXO-L box back in 2018, two years ago, because it was for my sister for Christmas and it never shipped. Though before I bought BTS stuff and they shipped but that was just a few months before?! SO back in April this year, i decided to see if it would change, but nope. I regretfully spent more than I should've on this website when I knew I couldn't trust them. Two years and just a few months I still haven't received the EXO-L stuff or the other things I got this year. They are a total waste of time and money, I guarantee to never use this website again.

I ordered a hoodie from this website and I thought I would get an email around 2 weeks later notifying me that my order will be shipped soon. Turns out that did not happen and I wasted $40 on a hoodie. THIS IS A SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE BUYS ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I recently had bought a army bomb an “official” light stick mind you this is the special edition I ordered from Kpoptify about a month ago and I emailed them telling them I haven’t received my order nor did I receive an email back. So I went in their Instagram and I messaged them telling them that I still haven’t received my package and I’ve been waiting. I waisted 45 USD on something that literally is a scam.

I placed an order in January for 3 items coming to $10. It did not send out a shipping email which i assumed was just an internal error. They policies i checked seemed to all be fine and i believed that in the 'rare' case i would not receive my items i would get a refund. I waited 30 days after my order where i then emailed and they gave the response of 're sending' the shipment which i was pleased with. Fast forward 6 months i have still not received it. I have given ample time due to the current pandemic, where the postal systems are working again. I have emailed again for a refund, but to no surprise of mine I have been ignored and I am now down $10. (I am a student so every last penny is important to me.) I understand wanting cheap k pop gifts for cheap prices, but in this case PLEASE save your money for somewhere else.

i ordered a year ago.. a army box.. they did not hesitate to take my money and not respond to my emails. Nothing came. Screw kpoptify. a total waste of $60!!!

Steven Long Don't buy from this company. I ordered a BTS Box set back in May and they screwed me out of $35.00. No product....no refund.... and stopped answering e-mails. Buy at your own risk.

I bought 3 key rings in November. I December I emailed to say I have had no communication. They said it’s due to high demand. I emailed again I feb and said I’ve already emailed multiple times that I want a refund. They replied in March and said as they said it’s due to high demand. LIARS. I keep asking for my money back but they keep ignoring me. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered a Love Yourself Answer box from the website in 2018. I saw an ad for them on Instagram and decided to check them out. They have a really good website designer because it looks really pretty and legitimate. The first two times I ordered the box it didn't work but they did return the money. On my third try, it worked and they said it would be shipped in two weeks. Four weeks later I'm messaging them on Instagram and emailing the website but there were only generic replies. After two months I gave up and asked for a refund, they fliped the blame and told me to contact my bank. Total waste of money, time and energy.

Long story short I never got my box or my refund.

I bought two plushies which were supposed to be buy-one-get-one-free. Instead I got 25% off both of them, which was an extra 15$ (US, I'm canadian, so more like 20$) from what I had anticipated, and they never told me the actual price until I had put in my credit card information. Then proceeds to never ship the item (it has been 6 months and it is not even SHIPPED yet) and, whenever I send emails to ask for a refund, the company either never responds or answers with "we're sorry there's a very high demand right now".

Never again. (Also, 50$ for two plushies (small ones) should have been a warning sign from the get go)

I have ordered two t-shirts for around 80 dollars in November 2018 and it has never came nor got a refund for them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Just like what others said. I ordered a mang plushie here. It never arrived nor did I get a refund! Their website is a scam.

Screwed me out of money and broke my daughter's heart. Had multiple communications with them about not recieving my order and they just waited me out until too much time had lapsed. Never again.

I’m like still waiting and every time I try to sign in it says I never even signed up. It’s been three and a half weeks and it says that in the next 12 days it will let me know where my shipment is. But there’s no notification.

Bought a halloween Koya plush. Never shipped, no updates for months. I asked for a refund, first they say they can do it, then they say they can’t refund me for some reason. Now they are straight up ignoring my messages, so i lost money. I do NOT reccomend.

On 22nd January I bought an ARMY box from them, after one month I wrote to them and I did so for months, they always said “we will send you an email when the order will be shipped” and the mail never come... then I ask for a refund and they stopped reply... disgusting...
