I made the same experience as the others. I ordered something , paid with credit card and waited. After 4 Weeks waiting I asked about the delivery and they answered that they have shipping problems.
When re questing they always gave the same anser. Then I asked for repaying my money.
Since then (beginning of February) I never heard from them.
You see, this is fraud, cheat , scam !!

Do not order from them! I purchased items back in September, my credit card charged for my purchase last September, and never got my purchased items after multiple follow ups. When I asked to cancel my order in November, I was advised the items had been shipped and were in transit. I followed up again in December after not receiving anything, I was told they had high volume of orders that they were still going through but happy to cancel my order and issue a refund. When I followed up again in January because my card charges from September still had not been refunded, I was told to open up a dispute with my credit card company to get my money faster. This site is a scam and whoever is beyond it needs to be prosecuted for fraud and theft.

This is the worst website ever I had to deal with. I ordered shoes in september, and it was taught it could take a month. I still don't have them, and furthermore I had to cancel my order, and yet they didn't send me my money back !
The only way you have to contact them is through Facebook because their mail is false... I'm really deceived and angry. I just paid for nothing.

They say it'll take 3-5 days for them to ship your item out, but they didn't send mine out for OVER 3 weeks. Which of course it took another 2-3 weeks to arrive from overseas. The only way you can contact them is through Facebook because the email they provide is fake. So I contacted them on messenger and they told me it's because of high demand, (Which they've been telling every one for over a half a year) And yet they wouldn't allow me to cancel my order. Beyond that, I liked what was in the box, however none of it is official obviously and a lot of it was badly printed. and eve scuffed or ripped. It's literally 98% just pictures and not any where near worth 35$. I only got it because I could get a second one for free. The only real saving grace, is they send you the album disc with, and a 44/45 page magazine or pictures. They need to be honest about their processing times and product quality. Cause honestly, I would have still bought it, but would have definitely planned even farther ahead,

I've had a terrible experience with Kpoptify, I ordered each BT21 Halloween, I ordered early October and during the end of the month I sent the website a message asking if my order would be dispatched anytime soon. They told me that the items were in high demand so they would take a while to get sent. A full month after I messaged yet again asking when my order would get dispatched, and they said its taking a while. I asked if I was able to cancel the order seeing as nothing had been packed. To which I was simply told no. In December I messaged Kpoptify numeous times asking if I could receive any update, to which they claimed that my order was done but they were facing shipping problems, thankfully they offered me the chance to cancel my order and give me a refund, to which I accepted instantly. However they didn't confirm with me my order was canceled, a week later I messaged asking when I would receive my money. To which I was told "it will be soon"... After asking again they told me it would be in a certain amount of days. I checked my account balance every day and received nothing. I yet again messaged asking where my money was, and got the reply from them stating that maybe my bank was keeping the money(!?). I got very agitated as obviously I felt like I was getting played with and decided to check online the reviews of this shop. Obviously seeing so many bad reviews I decided to file a claim on the paypal website with the seller and I messaged the seller informing them, to which I got the reply "we have really sent it😭". Knowing that I have waited for my refund for nearly a month I knew that there was no chance I would receive my money if I didn't follow through with the claim on PayPal.
I seriously wish everyone will know how disappointing this seller is, that they check the reviews before contemplating purchasing anything from them.

Placed a order for some pjs, I cancelled the order after seeing these reviews they told me and my bank that they would refund the money that was in November it's now January and no refund and they wont reply... what a joke. They told my bank that they was a reliable company. Shame on you kpopitfy
NEVER USE KPOPTIFY
I ordered a package back in april 2018 and i got an email saying it was shipped in July 26, 2018. It has been half a year and I still have not received my order. Once I asked them about it. They never replied. NEVER USE KPOPTIFY, I am very upset. I spent quite a lot of money. Too bad these reviews are not here when I ordered them. Do not make the same mistake as me.

Ordered from this "company" and after months of messages never received item, asked for a refund and they kept saying wait a few more days. If you have this issue, I raised a merchant dispute with my bank and was refunded by the bank same day. Absolute scam of a company. Avoid avoid.

I should have read these ratings before buying first, I honestly just ordered my stuff, but it has been over a week, I have a feeling that I won't be getting what I ordered anytime soon. Please refrain from buying in that website. Someone has also just told me that this website is a scam. Oh and it states that you will get your package shipped within 2-4 days.

You’ve probably read the other reviews at this point. Normally I check reviews before trusting a new website but of course my dumbass was too into the hype with the prices and didn’t even bother considering the outcomes. Not only did they eat my money and not send the package they also sent horrible replies. Seemed to me customer service is controlled by people who know nothing and will give the vaguest of answers you have yet to see.

Ordered some stuff for Christmas. After we got a confirmation some days later they cancelled our Order and say will refund the money.
Well since today there has been no actions from their site.
We have sent them an e-mail and they answered and said they had to change their bank thats why it takes longer to refund.
Since tody there has been no refund.
Update 09.01.2019: No money has been refunded until today. No more emails have been answered. Very unserious business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Purchasing Experience EVER!!
If I could give this business negative stars, I would. My daughter is a BTS-fan and asked for fan-base merchandise for her birthday. I went on the KPOPTIFY site and purchased multiple items, which I was excited for her to open. Unfortunately, her birthday came and went but her gifts never arrived. At first, I was lenient on the extended delivery as I took into account that this may be an overseas shipment. A month after my purchase, I reached out and asked for a status on my delivery. They replied that due to a high demand in volume, they would be shipping my order soon but did not specify an expected date of shipment. A month after that, I reached out again asking for tracking information regarding my purchase. Again, they replied that my purchase is ready for shipment and will ship in a few days/weeks…days/weeks? Insulted by their reply, I asked that my purchase be canceled and my money be refunded. After days of back and forth emails and their persistent replies that my shipment would ship soon but inability to provide any shipment information, I was finally able to cancel my order. Now here we are, a month after cancelling my order and I have yet to see them refund my account. I just emailed them asking for a status on my refund-we’ll see how long before they rectify this issue.
I strongly encourage that this business make drastic changes to their customer service approach. I can honestly say that this has been the worst purchasing experience I’ve EVER had.

I ordered 2 products which were in a ''sale'' which was the halloween BTS plushie of Koya and Van BTS pajamas on the 1st Nov. This was my 1st internet order and was hoping to be an 18th birthday gift from me to me cause i wanted to treat myself. I shouldve known that when you order any sale items, when there always seems to be a sale on Kpoptify (mmm, weird), they arent stated as the sale price on the final page where you pay even though they have answered that question with 'dont worry, it should know'. I live in the UK so i wondered if they would have trouble with my destination and the site looks trusty doesnt it? I politely emailed them to say that i hadnt received any emails for updates. I stated the ordered products and that i ordered during a ''sale''. I even said 'i know that if my order hasnt arrived in 60 days after ordering i can get a refund or reshipment.' I received a short reply of course 12 hours later to say 'Hello, your order will be shipped soon so don't worry.' which i thought was very short and casual when i tried to be smart and polite. i wondered how soon is this soon they speak of? i still havent received any emails so after i found this site which i really really regret not looking at then, i emailed asking for a full refund on my stated orders and hope to be hearing from them shortly. i now await their reply which i have a feeling is going to be short, casual and a lie. i will edit this once they do.
