I purchased an item online, and after my purchase the returns policy on the website was changed from allowing returns within 14 days to exchange only. Although I reluctantly accepted this and placed another order, the replacement item also didn't fit.

When I used their QR code return service, the return label that was printed opened an account with a different company. The whole situation sounds unbelievable, but that's exactly what happened.

What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. Throughout the entire process, Label Menswear did not contact me proactively, respond meaningfully to my emails, or answer my calls to try to resolve the issue or offer any goodwill compensation.

I am now £405 out of pocket, apart from a £75 compensation payment from Royal Mail, which indicates the parcel was lost in transit. I have therefore suffered a loss of around £330.

I have retained evidence of the correspondence, including WhatsApp messages, emails, and other communications.

I'm not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but I feel this experience should be documented so other customers are aware. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Second time I have used Label for Stone Island Polos and can’t fault the product, price and service. I will defo be using Label again.

Always use this company for my designers clothes..never had a problem with company thay used to send a gift when first started like a bottle off aftershave..what was a nice touch…or chocolates..different designer clothes are sized differently like c.p and stone island can get the same size but won’t fit the same..it’s like most clothes even cheap clothes..thanks labels menswear great service next day free delivery!!!what more do people want already getting items cheaper then other designers outlets…mr Southcoat (do miss the free stuff thow)lol must have bought at least 20 items from here never had a problem..just make sure you read size guide

Purchased a a jacket , it didn't fit so returned it immediately. They refused to give a full refund, I stead gave me a credit notes. Their terms and conditions state a full refund is offered upon the return of items. Therefore after several attempts to email them to request a full refund they claimed that they only offer credit notes

Great fast service & delivery & great price

Bought a Stone Island ‘Sky Blue’ overshirt, received a grey, returned it immediately within days received an email confirming my return, within minutes I received another email confirming my refund as Store Credit, as they have no contact number, which ‘legitimate business does not have a contact number?

They even tried to convince me Grey was Sky Blue, considering I already own Sky Blue, Polo, TShirt, Hoodie and a button up Hoodie. I have been wearing the brand for over 30 years long before these clowns business existed.

When purchase do you pay in ‘Store Credit’ yes they think it is acceptable to refund in this form.

No idea what customer service is 🤬

Have emailed multiple times and being ignored. Not giving me an option to get a refund when I look to return the item and still being ignored now.

Surpised how fast the delievery was. Overall quality of CP Cap is top. Will be buying more from these for sure.

Ordered something. Wouldn’t give me option of refund when it was wrong. Emailed them and got ignored left them a bad review on here and all of a sudden they emailed and said they’d refund me. Sent item back last week and they emailed asking to remove my bad review. So I did.
Got an email today with a gift card!! Nothing about refund. Crooks!!

Twice I’ve ordered from the website and I mistakenly ordered a size too large. Both times they were quick to send me the smaller size. Cheaper than other sites and good customer service. Will definitely use again.

The website lists Stone Island waist sizes incorrectly, compared with other retailers. I ordered my usual size XL, which is usually a 34 on the label tags. However, i received a 36 waist and had to request an exchange. After some confusion and mix up with my exchange, they addressed the issue promptly and I received the correct order the next day. Thank you
