Everything as expected delivered on time great team very willing to help you out great quality for money should have got one ages ago

Brought my scooter 2-3 weeks before Christmas very happy with the scooter yet the service on the other hand was not the best but hey it came so very good and thanks lads pad

Fantastic scooter, arrived very well packaged and within 3 days. Also managed to download an app to increase the speed! Came very easy to assemble with its own tools…very Happy Customer!

I ordered a scooter weeks ago and it has arrived got one unhappy boy very poor.its now over 3 weeks an it still hasn't arrived.its now the 2nd of Feb and I still don't have the scooter or refund

Shocking customer service! I bought a scooter through LadsPad which was unsafe, faulty and not fit for purpose. The main stem snapped well within the warranty period leaving it useless. Initially, LadsPad responded straight away and referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer offered a replacement and requested the faulty scooter back. Since this has been done, I have received no replacement and the manufacturer (Aovo Pro) are now ignoring all contact, so they have the faulty scooter and I have been left with nothing. When this has been highlighted to LadsPad, they are also not responding to any contact. LadsPad have sold me a faulty, unsafe item obtained through their supplier, passed me off to their supplier and now are no longer interested. Customer service is fine while the want you to spend money, but if you receive a faulty item they don't even bother responding. I wont buy anything from LadsPad again!

Update - so LadsPad contacted me and asked me to remove my review and they would try to resolve the situation. Obviously I refused and surprise .... they are now ignoring contact again. Meanwhile, they are knowingly continuing to sell the faulty, unsafe item to other unsuspecting customers, despite the high number of reviewers having similar experiences. I have logged a claim with my bank, passed all the information to trading standards and am logging a complaint with the ombudsman.

UPDATE..............
2 months after the original issue, I received a replacement from the manufacturer. This does not change my review as LadsPad have continued to ignore contact since asking me to remove the review. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer relations from Jamie, ordered my daughter a scooter for Christmas and was getting concerned that I wouldn't get it in time but was reasured it will be 💯 And it was 🙌 great company 10/10

I was kept upto date on delivery, with regular emails and text messages from Jamie. The scooter arrived in time for Christmas and, was very well received. TOP MARKS!

Ordering was easy, due to issues beyond their control, there were a few delays, however they kept us upto date with the order and the scooter was delivered as per their tracking system, scooter is good value for money and would definitely use again and highly recommend due to excellent customer service

Excellent scooter took a little longer than expected to arrive but once here no problems at all my daughter loves it was worth the wait
