Scooter is brilliant and my loves it…

Scooter is brilliant and my loves it but the rev part on it has broke and I’ve emailed but keeps saying not delivered.was wondering how I go about sending it back to be repaired as I have only had the scooter 3 weeks.could you reply to this so I can get it sorted asap thanks

Excellent item.

Electric scooter is brilliant and was a good price. My son is very happy with it. There was a delay with the delivery which I was informed about. I would say order early if your ordering for a gift. My order arrived on the 10th working day not the 3-4 working days as stated.

Placed an order on the 17th Jan22 for…

Placed an order on the 17th Jan22 for electric scooter today is 3rd March no scooter no refund trying to ring and email no response awful service just don't know what to do next .They told me in one email that I needed a name on my house to deliver scooter after I supplying them with full address and postcode as I don't have a name on my house ridiculous maybe someone can help me out if yee had same experience

There are far too many "Creans" as previously stated. We assumed that this was a mistake, however, a previous email from you suggested that this was not a mistake?

We then tried one "Crean" followed by the rest of the addess you submitted, and we managed to dispatch the parcel by omitting specific shipping details, however, after the "Crean" it just moves onto the city which has caused a problem. Is the house name Crean? Either way, the parcel is now returned to sender, so it is back with us, it is not being accepted into any of our systems for shipping.

Unfortunately we also do not know what to do in this situation and I've never actually been in a situation like this before.

Please contact us via a different email address at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this and dispatch your order.

Please rest assured once we have the full address which is accepted in our system and we are sure that the parcel will not be returned to us we will dispatch the parcel.

So far, so good

So far, so good…we have received the scooter in quick time with lots of updates and tracking regarding delivery.
It was easy to put together, and works well.
I just hope the customer service is as good, if we need help further down the line .

Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a scooter and had nothing but issues with it. LadsPad do not take any ownership and just pass the issue over to Aovo pro who never respond. The scooter sold was very poor quality, after having various issues, I finally got some repairs completed after 2 months of waiting and a week later, the scooter has basically split into two. 3 months later and numerous emails I am still sitting with a broken scooter. Disgusted by this company and Aovo pro. Now going to tradings standard to try and resolve 😟 stay well clear
24/02/22 update, LadsPad seem to tell everyone to check their spam and try snd make out on their reply to a poor review that they are trying to resolve things when they are not. There is no emails in my spam folder and I am being totally ignored. Do not buy through this company, after a discussion with citizens advice. a complaint letter is being sent this week.

06/04/23 one year later Ladspad reply after ignoring all my emails. Yes, 1 year later. Too late, the scooter has been thrown away. Do not use this company

Huge apologies for this. I have been liaising with AOVO regarding this situation and they have said there is a solution in place. Please check your spam folder in case there is any email replies from AOVO regarding this and if so please can you contact them back asap and reply to their latest email in order for this issue to be resolved.

The majority of warranty issues seem to be fixed rather swiftly as a whole, however, as we are out of the loop for much of the warranty process, it wound be helpful If you could possibly forward any email correspondence you’ve had with AOVO to “hello@ladspad.uk”. We will endeavour to into things to ensure AOVO are resolving specific issues as quickly and swiftly as possible for our customers and to see if any improvements can be made.

I am again very pleased with my excellent scooter I love it love lads pads and love guy called Jamie just amazing value and just over the moon with how fast and powerfully and easy to control it is same as other scooters bought from u love from me always

*Edited review* Shameful company with no morals

Awful service, the company is a joke your item never turns up. My son saved his Christmas money to buy 3 preditor figures over £100 on the 31th December. Now we are on the 14th February 10 emails later had one reply saying it may take time, however items still haven't arrived. I have a very upset boy with nothing to show for Christmas. I am extremely dissapointed with the customer service we have received (none) and as a company you should be ashamed of yourselves.
They do not respond to emails or answer the phone.
I've taken it up with the credit card company now as haven't heard back from them . They may feel the same way if the owners son or daughter has lost their Christmas money . Feel free to contact me regarding this matter you have all my details.

*After leaving this review Jamie from Ladpad contacted me. He was very apologetic and offered a full refund, which I have now received. He also said we could keep the items should they arrive. (They haven't as yet) Jamie then asked me to edit my previous review. When this wasn't done straight away he then text me a link to do so les than 24hrs since our last communication. (The most contact they've had with me since December)
You state in your reply that it is unusual for items to be so delayed, however on speaking to Jamie, he said that you has had lots of problems with this manufacturer and have had to issue many refunds this week alone, therefore, I am confused with this comment.
Whilst the monies have been refunded and offer to keep the items if they arrive is nice, I find it hard to change my original rating. It seems you will only contact customers if they leave a negative review and pass blame to other colleagues and the manufacturer. Communication is an integral part of customer service and this is something your company is lacking in. It's just a shame it took a negative review for you to finally respond to my numerous emails and phone calls. It also makes me wonder how many of the positive reviews on here are also edited at LadsPad request!!!??? Buy from this company with caution!! I know I won't be using them again.

Huge apologies for this. Your order is still stating in transit which means it must be at customs. We are in contact with the courier to verify this.

Whilst it is extremely unusual for this to happen, it has happened every now and then on this specific product unfortunately (aliens and predator figures) due to it being from overseas.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a scooter for a Christmas present there was a delay with the item, this was due to delivery issues from the supplier not LadsPad. Jamie kept me updated regularly therefore I was not concerned that I would not receive the scooter in time for Christmas.
Scooter arrived before Christmas, it was well packaged, just as described online and my grandson is loving it.

My order arrived in good time and the…

My order arrived in good time and the tracking service made sure I knew when it would arrive. When my scooter arrived I was able to have it Uk and running in less than 30 minutes and that’s including setting up the App. On scooter was already charged so took it for a ride and it was and has been great. I can only recommend LadsPad to anyone who wants a great scooter and just as good service delivery.
