For non-EU shipments, returns may be subject to different shipping times from those usually guaranteed in Europe.
This is because the shipping times depend on customs operations, which are not directly dependent on our service.
However, our Consignor Relations Team and Logistics Team is always ready to help you with all transit-related information.

As mentioned over the phone this afternoon, we are really sorry about the delayed shipment of your order. In order to apologise, we immediately refunded you the cost of the express delivery and urged our logistics in the shipment. In addition, we have changed your zipcode so that your order will be delivered correctly.

I would also like to inform you that we have not yet replied to your emails as our offices are closed during weekends, and you have sent them on Saturday, the 19th August. As soon as you have phoned us today, we have supported you with the issue.

We are very sorry to read your words, as Lampoo is a serious company whose purpose is to ship orders, not to cancel them.

As we sell our products on different platforms, it can sometimes happen that an item is purchased at the same time.

In your case, the order was placed on the 5th July, and Lampoo informed you immediately on the same day, after issuing a full refund and the same happened for the second attempt to order.

We are really sorry about your review.

As already explained by our Customer Care, the Versace maison informed us that unfortunately they cannot proceed with a repair or with a return of your item, I am sorry.
The only company that can repair it in a professional and original way, is only Versace but they cannot proceed with a return nor a repair of your item because it has been purchased on another website that is different from the original Versace website. All the items that have been purchased on other websites and stores that are different from the Versace's, cannot be accepted.

This does not means that Lampoo sells inauthentic items, it means that the original brand cannot proceed with a repair for an item purchased on another website that is not theirs.

I am sure that we will see you again on Lampoo.com!

Lampoo informs about the smallest detail of all products, in order to offer a 100% transparent experience to all customers. A team of experts checks both the authenticity and quality of each product before publishing them online.

Our Customer Care always assists our customers, providing support and assistance for any issue via email, live chat, over the phone and on Social Media, from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm. Moreover, Lampoo allows to return any item within 14 days in case the customer is not satisfied.

Unfortunately, we have never received a communication on this to solve your issue and we are sure we could and still we can solve it together!

We kindly ask you to provide us with photos of the flaws you state were not visible on our website via email at customercare@lampoo.com. In this way, we can report the issue directly to our team of experts and try and find a solution together.

Dear Eleanor,

We are extremely sorry to read your review. We have received your first email yesterday 12nd June at 9:31pm together with this review with no possibility to respond you properly.

As already communicated to you this morning, the package has been shipped on the 8th June. Our Customer Care Team has called immediately DHL and they informed that your parcel has been selected for an inspection in the Italian custom and will be released as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, Lampoo cannot control the custom processes or internal flows.

We are sure that the package will be released between today and tomorrow up to the final delivery.
