Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service.

I made an order and unfortunately it was looking like the package from Lampoo would be 2 days later than expected. Whilst this isn't normally an issue, I am away from my usual address for approx 1 month so wouldn't be able to take delivery.

When I called Lampoo, they helpfully checked with their logistics team on the exact arrival date, and when it was confirmed that the package would be too late, it was easy to get a full refund.

Thank you for making it so straightforward, especially over the phone!

If you are buying new with tags think again!

Bag arrived wet but that’s probably not the fault of LAMPOO but the courier. I ordered new with tags, but the diamanté on the bags are missing in several areas. The other bag I ordered new with tags also has defect in that the gold metal finishing looks old. There was also no tag on it so I don’t know whether this was new with tags. Overall I would not order again.

They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item. And what I ordered is where I don't know now. They take a long time to respond,and reply with a non-helpful message. I will definitely not buy from this site again.

Excellent quality and very well preserved items, every detail from description to the photos are carefully mastered, extra care packaging, unexpected fast delivery - to sum up : expectations exceeded!

Good, but delivery issues

Good website and packaged nicely. Sadly both my ordered had delivery issues. The first one went awol for a while after being told what day it was arriving and then being cancelled. The second one I paid for next day delivery but it still didn't arrive for a week, which seems like a waste of money.

Great secondhand bargains if you found…

Great secondhand bargains if you found something you like then snatch it up quick! The service is super smooth and customer service has been excellent so far. Purchasing and returns have been a dream, I can't wait to use Lampoo more in the future for buying luxury goods at an affordable price.
