This is my first time shopping at…

This is my first time shopping at Lampoo, I'm very satisfied because the shipping is very fast and it arrives quickly too. Debora, the customer service on Live Chat really helped with my questions. My order was packaged very neatly and well. Thank you Lampoo. I hope i can repeat order at Lampoo.

Perfect Service

I bought the D&G Crystal mesh mules, I was a little sceptical buying such a great value for money item second hand, but they arrived and were genuinely flawless, brand new with original packaging. I still worry its too good to be true, but my experience with Lampoo was exceptional. Fast delivery & a great item.

Omg. Guys my bag came so fast and it was perfect. I was worried because of the bad reviews ive read here but lampoo proved wrong. Its such a good site with good prices

I don’t think I will ever buy anything…

I don’t think I will ever buy anything from lampoo!! I have ordered boots 1 week ago and still haven’t even received shipping information. I have written an email to check where my order is still no reply.
Extremely disappointed

Now, I have already solicited the boutique that sells and ships your order for you and opened a case with them, since they need to ship the orders in the fastest way possible. You already have the tracking number that we sent you. As soon as they will ship the order between today and tomorrow, it will be updated automatically.

Will not purchase again

I tried to use the return function on the site, it didn’t work for me (this is still within the 14 days period). Bear in mind this was not the first time their website gives me error, even sorting or filtering can result in an error too, happened to me countless times. Tried to contact them but was out of office hours so left a message. I then sent more messages to ask as well as tried to call (always offline and could never reach as it’s always out of office hours even though I called at 5pm and the website says they work till 6pm). Few days later they just came back and say sorry this is now passed the return period and asked me to keep the entire order. I will not purchase again and will support others preloved companies who are actually responsible and have proper customer support.

I am so sorry for what happened!

Our offices are closed during the weekends and same for the chat and the contact center, there is a message that informs you on this.
During the week, we are always available 6 hours per day to receive calls from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm, from Monday to Friday. I personally checked your calls now and there were only two and both of them out of our operating hours. The first call at 2:16pm and the second call at 6:10pm.

I am really sorry for the return process and my aim here is to always support and help all our customers. Unfortunately in your case the return process has been not possible, considering it was already over.
Considering that we cannot proceed with the return because this order has been made a month ago now, I would like to suggest you to sell the items with Lampoo. In this way, you do not keep them, you sell them with us and get paid for them! We also proposed to you this via email.

NEVER purchase here

NEVER purchase here! They sent us a handbag, we opened the packaging, saw it was too small and returned it. They now refuse to fully refund the item because mysteriously there appear to be pink stains on the handbag. We couldn't have caused these stains and they refuse a refund. Jus never buy from this rogue company who only refer to their return policy and FAQ page. Take detailed pictures before sending anything back, they will try to avoid the full refund by saying you damaged the product and send you blurry “before” pictures and very clear close up “after” pictures. If I would have damaged the product I would try to resolve the damage and have kept it in stead of returning it. If the damage is caused by the transportation company you use for returned goods, it is not the responsibility of the customer but of Lampoo. The bag left here in the same condition as we received it.

With Lampoo the returns are always free of charge and can be made within 14 days since the delivery. When an item is returned, needs to be in the same condition as shipped. You can find this information in our FAQs and in our terms & conditions, which is a contract every customer needs to accept before purchasing.

Unfortunately, in this case, the bag was returned with visible pink stains. We sent you the before and after photos, we explained to you the whole situation in all the details to be 100% transparent. We also spoken with our selected boutique partners multiple times on this, in order to help you and support you at any point with additional information.

Unfortunately, for these reasons, Lampoo could not proceed with a refund under these conditions. As already stated in the emails we sent you and reported both in the FAQs and Terms & Condition, the return cannot be accepted and we are obliged to send it back to you, I am sorry.
