Very happy

I was concerned about buying here reading some of the reviews, but personally I had a really good experience. I needed to get though to customer services as I had a query about something, and I got through pretty quickly. The lady was very helpful. The item I ordered was as expected and it arrived in 4 days via DHL. Had I wanted to return the item, all the return labels were included inside the package with clear instructions. Easy returns are very important part of an online purchase and I have not had any experience of having to do this yet on this site, but I would definitely buy here again.

Great service from Lampoo!!

I have had a great service from Lampoo. I had to do an item return and Lampoo took care of the tracking and shipping. Great service, highly recommend!

Made an order and the item was out of stock

Made an order and the item was out of stock, not a good first experience and probably won’t be ordering again. I actually work in fashion with marketplaces so I know it’s not difficult to ensure stock is aligned between businesses so that customers don’t order product that’s not actually available.

Unfortunately there were updating issues regarding the online inventory and the item was available on the platform but unavailable in stock.

Sometimes it can happen that an item can be sold at the same moment on different websites and marketplaces, as Lampoo sells worldwide. In addition, most of our items are unique pieces, and can happen that a buyer purchases before another one.

In addition, we informed you immediately as soon as our Customer Care knew about this and immediately proceeded with a full refund.

Regarding the refund, unfortunately we didn’t receive the notification that your item has been delivered and for this reason the refund has been issued a bit late. Once we have read your email, we have immediately refunded the amount on the payment method and in order to apologize, we would like to refund you additionally of a 40€ in Site Credit on your Lampoo profile, if you would like to create one.

No item received

My item was sent to the wrong address. Lampoo refunded in full. I know it may be difficult to keep up with all your customers, but contacting you is very difficult. Maybe this is something you can look into?
Once I spoke with Debora, she was very helpful.
