Excellent condition, but with the smell of cigarette smoke

I received my order and the description at the bag in excellent condition. I will say the bag was flawless however, it did have a heavy cigarette smoke smell, which I don’t consider to be excellent condition.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service!
Not able to correctly fill the invoices and send all needs information to customs. It is already month I can not receive my purse! And no one responds to emails!

In addition, considering that unfortunately nor DHL or UPS were able to proceed with the further steps of the shipments, we proceeded with a full refund of the missing items and an additional refund on your Lampoo profile.

I am sorry for all this, I can guaratee to you that this is not absolutely our standard at all, considering that all the other items ordered from you were all received.

delay in delivery

delay in delivery: For the second time in a few months I placed an express order, withe urgent delivery because it was for my daughters' birthday, and the delivery was inefficient. To date, 12 december 2022, so after 14 days I have still not received your parcel. Although there may be well-founded reasons for this delay, this is the second consecutive time this has happened and twice I had chosen the express option and paid the cost (which you reimbursed me for). This means that the web-site is not reliable in indicating the actual delivery time.

We are extremely sorry for what happened, I can absolutely assure to you that this is not Lampoo's standard at all. I am sorry that all this happened twice, we are really trying to improve our service when an order is shipped from our London Store.

Now, we have proceeded with the refund of the express shipping and we shipped the order again last week and it has been delivered yesterday on the 20th December as decided together with you assistant.
In addition, our Customer Care has been in call everyday with your assistant in order to always support her and you with all the additional information and updates on the shipment.

Again, we are really heartbroken for what happened and gave you also an additional refund in Site Credit to apologize for this. We did all we could in order to help you in all the steps of the shipping.

UK Customer - 15 Days and no order

UK Customer, Ordered online and delivery aim has lapsed, Courier has the parcel but is begin held, presume due to Customs. Contacted the Service centre and still awaiting any reply 15 Days later. Fast to dispatch, and extremely slow and poor customer service.

Don't not buy from them there costumers…

Don't not buy from them there costumers service is slack...no one one answers the phone I am in the process of reporting them to the UK trading standards because they are not working within the UK law of the consumers Act.. they have a 14days return policy and no help at all...I have been trying to do a return and DHL refuses to accept the return twice because they claim that the invoice address is not the same as the return address in Italy I need my money back I tired of this going back and forth now.
