After 7 days of my order the item is not shipped or has arrived yet.
how long must I wait for my item?

poor !

Now the item was in delivery after 12 days of my order. you transfered an incomplete adress , so that DHL was not able to deliver. The item now will be sent back to sender.
What is this ?????

I have personally checked your request and I can see that your order number 7000001189 has been shipped the same day you have placed the order. The estimated delivery date is the 05th December, as reported in the email the Customer Care wrote to you. We are extremely sorry for the huge delay in delivering the parcel, I can guarantee that this is not absolutely our standard at all and we opened a case directly with DHL. Bear in mind that you always had the tracking number to monitor it at any time, from the shipping to the delivery.

Lampoo’s account on Vestiaire Collective

Edited this after receiving confirmation of sent packge. I’ve had a rather stressful experience buying from their account on Vestiaire Collective. They agree on the price, you buy it, but then they don’t ship the order. I bought the item on a Monday, so technically, they had the whole week to ship it. They don’t answer messages on VC, so no info on when the item could be shipped. Had to write to their official email address, and only then did I receive an update from them. My order was shipped after their reply email, so a week from when I placed it.
I completely understand not replying on weekends, but on workdays they really should be reachable to get an update on your order. And since they do sell their stuff on VC, they should at least check their incoming messages there from time to time as well.

We faced lots of order to be shipped last week and our colleagues just did their best in order to ship all the hundreds of orders that we are receiving these days. They are working day and night in order to ship all of them in the fastest way possible.
We did not ship after your reporting, lots of orders were delayed due to these reasons and they were finally shipped at the end of last week and some of them also at the beginning of this week.

I have no words to apologize regarding this because I can assure you that this is not our standard at all.

Like the rating below me, I also ordered from Lampoo via VC. After 5 days I wrote the customer service, who said my jumpsuit would be shipped on the 6th day. On the 6th day, the order is suddenly canceled without any reason. If Lampoo doesn't want to sell via VC, then they shouldn't do it at all. This behavior is unprofessional.

As soon as we have received your request on our official website, we immediately tried to understand better the issue and solve it. In fact, we have spoken directly with our internal team to investigate the delay of the order.

Unfortunately there were updating issues regarding the online inventory and the item was available on the platform but unavailable in stock.

Sometimes it can happen that an item can be sold at the same moment on different websites and marketplaces, as Lampoo sells worldwide. In addition, most of our items are unique pieces, and can happen that a buyer purchases before another one.

I have no words to apologize regarding this because I can assure you that this is not our standard at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please do not buy from this company!! The item that was listed brand new, arrived damaged! Sent for a refund, but stuck with DHL as incorrect return documentation had been provided by the company. Nobody would help. Phones lines are closed!!! DO NOT BUY!!

1) Your order 2000011544 was shipped directly from one of our selected boutique partners that only sells new with tag items. You reported to us that the item was damaged without sending us photos even if our Customer Care asked you to;
2) As demonstrated directly from Debora from the Customer Care via email, we did provide all the correct documentation to DHL, they simply had delays in the UK custom unfortunately and it can happen. It is not something that Lampoo can control;
3) Debora personally checked all the calls you made and they were all made out of our operating service unfortunately, except for one call made on the 13rd October made during the operating hours which was managed by Debora.

We are sure that we will see you again on Lampoo.com and we really wait for you!
