I’m very particular about when and how I write reviews, especially for something as significant as leasing a vehicle for my wife and daughter. This was my first time ever leasing a car, and unlike buying a vehicle, the process isn’t as tangible or familiar—there are a lot of unknowns and moments where you simply have to trust the guidance you’re given.

From the very beginning, my account manager, Mr Vijay Singh, was excellent. He explained everything clearly, handled every stage professionally, and made the entire process feel straightforward. I chose not to write a review at the point of ordering because the real test of service is what happens after the easy part. I wanted to wait until the vehicle was delivered so I could reflect on the full cradle‑to‑grave experience.

I’m glad I did, because Vijay continued to be just as responsive and supportive after delivery as he was at the start. I had a few follow‑up queries once the car arrived, and he was immediately available, helpful, and reassuring—exactly what you hope for when navigating something new.

Overall, this has been a genuinely positive experience, and that’s entirely down to the professionalism and consistency shown by Mr Singh.

From the initial enquiry right through to arranging delivery, she was always friendly, professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. She kept us updated at every stage and made the whole leasing process straightforward and stress-free.

Easy process and got the car I wanted for a really reasonable price.

The way Paul Holroyd who works for Leasing Options dealt with my requests for options on various cars. He managed me in a friendly and polite manner, giving spot on advice when required. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he is the reason I have given them my business. The guy was just brilliant.

Gemma provided outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. She was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.
