I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have made multiple inquiries with no response AT ALL from them.

They took money and they didn't send the purchase to me. I tried many time to contact them but they didn't response.

Lower then 1 star! Took 6 months to get item that wasn’t as advertised but crap! Worthless!!

This is a Scam company. I have made an order since may, they got payment and so far I have not received anything and they not even respond my emails anymore. This web page should be denounced to the USA Authorities so it can be closed and the domain cancelled. They have been stilling a lot of money from Americas and many people form other regions of the world. They don't qualify for even zero starts, they should received a minus 10 starts.

I actually only rate this bra a 0. I am a 36DD and there is no support at all a total waste of money. Do not waste your money on this product.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. I ordered something over 2 months ago...got a shipping notice 2 months ago but never received the package.
Have tried to contact the company several times but I received no response.
Don’t buy from them! Save your money!
Wish I read some reviews before I wasted my time and money.

Bad Service and cheap product!
I ordered a device for $30 on May 12th, I haven’t received my product so I decided to email them and never got a response. I also try to track it but it kept on saying invalid number. I finally got my package this month, end of July but when I saw it, wasn’t worth what I paid for it looks like it came from the dollar store and the plug is foreign I ask for a USA plug. Now what am I going to do with it and can’t return it because they are not responding to my emails. I have ordered other products like Wish from overseas and at least they keep in touch with you but this company SUCKs really bad. Do not waste your time with lemongrassrice they do not deserve our business!!!!!

Negative stars if possible. This was not worth the wait. I ordered bras like other people on this page, and I ordered it back in May. I’m STILL WAITING on the order to even leave the origin post!!! No reply’s from support @ lemongrass.com. Such a scam!! Should have done more research.

I'd give them a "0" star if one was available! Ordered a bra in JANUARY and never received it. Tried to get in touch with them asking several times about the bra..... no reply and, unfortunately, I've waited too long to get a refund from Paypal. The Merchant is "She Swish Ltd". Hope to give a bad review to them also!! DON'T BUY!

SCAM!!! I ordered three bras back in May and I've yet to receive my order. I've sent several emails and have been told that my order is in transit, but apparently it still hasn't even been picked up by USPS. 🙄

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM. 🤬

Similar to many reviews I ordered bras back in April and have sent multiple emails all ignored no sign of delivery. So annoyed especially right now - stay away and do not use this website.

This company is a fraud. I purchased 2 items on May 10, still have yet to receive the product. I sent multiple emails requesting information on my order, again I have yet to receive a response. I find it interesting they say their in Houston, TX but my shipment says it’s still in China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Total fraud.

Really bad service. Item not worth the money paid. Very miss leading.. wish i could send it back. It only turned up 5 mins ago. Not happy

It has been months and I haven't received my order, no option to cancel or get a refund.

Wish there was a way to leave a no star rating. Ordered from them in March they took my money no product yet. July is almost over. This place is a big scam. I don't know how they are still in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They won't even return an answer to your email from their support center.
