It’s a scam!!! Don’t do it!

Afraid to say that I am joining the chorus of dissatisfied customers. Luckily I got my money back from PayPal. What a scam!

I too wish I’d read the reviews. Initially they responded to my emails and gave me a tracking link. This hasn’t changed in 3 months - apparently my parcel is still en route. Via Ulan Bator I think. DON’T ORDER!

1 star just because I haven’t had the option of rating zero stars. I made an order 2 months ago and I haven’t received it yet although and email was sent to me 1 month and a half ago saying that the parcel was on it’s way. I have emailed the company twice with no luck as no answer has been received. I wish I had checked Trustpilot first. No parcel, no answer, money lost?? Horrible!! Not acceptable! Please don’t buy anything on Lemongrassrice.com!!

I wish I had looked at reviews too. I ordered their bras over 6 weeks ago and still have not received anything and I cannot get any customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Company...it is a Scam. I now check reviews on everything because this isn't the first. So many of us sitting at home ordering like crazy because of boredom. Buyer beware of what you're ordering.

I am not actually sure this company is bonafide. I ordered an item middle of April or even earlier (going by earliest email re my order), anyway 6 weeks ago and have not received it, nor do their customer services respond (emailed 3 weeks ago). While I appreciate that the lockdown has meant slower services, I think that if company is not even able to have anyone manning customer services, one has to question whether this company is even functional and should even be advertising or selling products. Since putting in my order I have been inundated with adverts and money off offers from them so they are still very keen to take people's money even if there is nobody responding with regard existing orders it would appear. I believe I bought this on the basis of a facebook ad. I would not buy from a company advertising on Facebook again after this experience and only wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered. I was never even provided with a tracking number despite being sent an email informing me i would be sent one within 3 business days. I can only assume the order was never processed. UPDATE: The item has finally arrived but is TINY!! i can't barely get it on. I ordered the correct size according to their chart, which is entirely inaccurate. It is supposed to be a 36D but is very tight around the chest, feels more like a 32 or 34 and the support straps are too small to even go around the cup, and are more for an A or B cup. The company site has a policy of no returns ('The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier'). Clearly this company does not comply with UK consumer law. The fabric looks cheap, the sizing bears no resemblance to UK sizing. It appears to ship from SE Asia from the bag it arrived in, not from the USA where the company states it is based. UPDATE September 2020, I was refunded after complaining to Paypal. I put the item in the wash seeing as I couldn't return it as thought i would give it away. It promptly fell apart in the washing machine the only time it had been in one, so basically rubbish quality despite the price.

If I could give this company negative stars I definitely would...this company is complete bs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE THROWING MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!!!!!

Wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering. It looks like I am having the same experience everyone else is. They charged my card on March 8, 2020. It is May 31, 2020 and I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have emailed repeatedly with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered and paid for 2 bra's March 3. SCAM!!!! DoNOT ORDER!!!

Have been waiting for an order for 2 months, and keep checking the tracking status with a message of label created but not in system. The ads for this company should be blocked on Facebook, to stop others from being scammed.

If I could give no stars, I would. I have been dealing with this company since January 15, 2020. All I get, when I get, is the run around. It is getting ready to ship. Now, even if it were coming from China, it would have shown up by now. I have dealt with other companies that state to PayPal that they have a tracking number and it shows that it was delivered. IT IS A LIE. Do not order from this company. They take you ,money, Lie to PayPal and then nothing. Too bad that Facebook can’t get rid of the scammers, but I am sure that they are paying Facebook to put their ads in and don’t really care if people are being robbed.

Ordered Sth over a month ago, no reply, the tracker is not updated and now I want to cancel my order. Will have to go via paypal now but have low hopes as it seems they scammed other the same way. Never ever buy anything off facebook unless it is a verified local company.

Ordered some products and never received them. Emailed the company repeatedly and heard nothing. Opened a dispute with PayPal and the company did not respond. Escalated dispute and had an email back from PayPal saying they had provided tracking information to show the parcel had been delivered. Complete lie!!

They are misleading customers, their website FAQ says product ships in 5 day from purchase date. Not true. I ordered some bras on May 10th, on May 12th I inquired about expected delivery, I received a message saying items do not ship until 7 days. I then contacted them on the 20th of May again inquiring on delivery and was told to wait another 15 to 20 days. This company is a scam to date I have not received my items, I asked them to refund my money and cancel my order no response. Do not order from them.

This company scams people out of their money. They are advertising on Facebook and need to be removed. I ordered over two months ago and still no package. I am reporting them to Facebook as well.

I placed an order on March 4th of 2020 and we are now on May 20th, still no parcel or refund. I requested a refund at the end of April and the response on May 4th was it was in transit. I checked the tracking number again today, this is the message... Status

I've sent them a response today, instructing them to refund my money or face bad press or illegal business practices.

BEWARE!! Do Not use this company,you will be sorry, like me. It took months to get my order. Then I received the three 2XL bras I ordered. I wear a 38DDD so the size was correct. You put it on over your head like a sports bra, ok but not what I was thinking because it has hooks. Some criss-cross ill fitting ridiculous from the side of the teeny tiny cup strap thing that is supposed to give you the magic lift. NOT!! The worst problem is the cup is the size of a 32A the first bra size I skipped it is so small. RIP OFF!!!

I ordered on 10th March, have received false tracking information and have repeatedly requested a refund. No response.
