I ordered from them and i received a fake tracking number don’t order from them!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company. Ordered on the 3rd March. I was told it had been dispatched. I have continuously asked for a refund but they never get back. They have no problems in sending more ads through though.
I have taken it up with PayPal now.
They should be closed down.

Ordered from them on the 5th March, no items received, refund request ignored! Overall shocking company, save your money and go elsewhere. Haven't responded to communications other than stating the item was dispatched, it wasn't, then a revised dispatch date after refund requested. Have had to raise a PayPal claim to try and get my refund!

I ordered the bras on January 26. It is now May 13 and I still dont have them. Tracking number does not work, wont get back to me and I leave many messages. Sorry service!!!!!!!!!

I ordered for easy Comfort bras back on March 11th at first they sent me the wrong tracking number this new tracking number doesn't even have a package to go with it they said wait 10 to 15 days for it to update it's been 20 I email them I want a refund or send me my package now or else and that I will be leaving this review do not buy from them ever they are the worst company you will ever find on the internet and they probably are a lie.

Agree, tracking system has room for improvement, but after ‘only’ 4 weeks, my goods have arrived. (so within expected time frame). Pleased on purchase...as yet, not yet sampled, given ‘just received’ would suggest that you look further into tracking system, if not yet done and see which route your order is/was due to arrive. I believe mine was shipping.

Horrible shopping experience, practically a fraud.
Waited for almost 3 months to receive the ordered item.
I made some claims receiving always answers to extend my patience.
I asked for reimbursement, NO ANSWERS ON THAT.
One day a little parcel arrived, marked from China,with no instructions nor safety indications,even dangerous to be used(it is a shampoo), not responding to the performances required at all.
ABSOLUTELY BLACK LIST!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible products and terrible company. Ordered a bra based on reviews on their Facebook post and I think I can safely say it's the worse bra ever brought. It took 2 months to arrive and has zero support. Do not order from them

Don’t buy from this Company. Please. Save your money. Either the goods don’t arrive or if they do they are really, really appallingly made and not worth the money.

Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered the product 2 months ago. It's still sitting somewhere, who knows. All they can say is sorry. They refuse to refund my money, even though I have requested a refund. Basically the moment you give them any money, it's not their problem if you actually get the item!

I ordered some lace wigs April 16 and made express payment yet it almost a month NO WIGS YET!

If there was a way to put 0 I would!!! Don’t NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been waiting months for my product and every time I ask for my money back they give me a fake tracking number telling me it’s on its way. Stay clear please! Now they have blocked me from Facebook and no response from email

Do not use Lemongrass rice. Scam. I ordered in early March, did not receive my order, they won't refund my money and won't reply to emails. What an utter disappointment.

I ordered product in January and they said it was shipped and to use their tracking service. It doesn't work. I have emailed three times now and have asked for a refund twice.
I advice anyone to steer clear of this 'company'

Scam - take money and send emails saying goods despatched but tracking doesnt work or says package didn’t exist. Do not use they are scammers

Same as other reviews, order does not get delivered after months of waiting and no sign of any refund. Total scam, stay well clear.

Seems like a scam I ordered over 100 dollar worth of stuff and the order was never shipped and they are telling me they can not refund my money and it's been almost 2 months.

Do NOT use LemongrassRice.com. It is a SCAM they do NOT exist. The address they give does not exist they take your money but do not send you the goods. I ordered in early March 2020 it is now late May 2020, I have not received my order and they will not answer my emails, they will not refund my money etc.
