I wish I would have read this before I ordered too! It tool MONTHS to receive and the size is s.misleading! I ordered a Large based on their description and these bras are only 23 inches around on the last row of hooks! Really?!?!?

Sent third class. Took three months to reach me, by which time I'd moved. USPS can't forward third class mail, so it was returned. No response when I contacted the company.

I ordered three bandeau bras from them off of Facebook on May 5 and it shows that they shipped on May 23 but then there is no information after I am assuming they got held up in customs however I have emailed them three times to ask for a refund or to get any sort of an answer at all but no one even bothers to get back to me so I will just keep spreading this all over the Internet about them and on Facebook

I have reported these scammers to PayPal as I ordered bras 3 months ago but haven’t received them. They refuse to respond to my emails yet continue to send me spam emails! I want my money back.

I ordered two bras the first week of March and have yet to receive them over three months later! I have emailed several times and only get a response that they're "checking into it." Terrible company and service!

I ordered the Jeans and also the bras. I received both but very disappointed. The jeans look so bad not even the color advertised. When I contacted them about my concerns I was told that I cannot get a refund unless there was something defective. Although the advertisements state returns are accepted. I also ordered 2 of the bras in a size M. I am aide 6 and they are so small I can’t even get them over my head. I just purchased products that will be sent to goodwill. DO NOT BUY FROM LEMONGRASSRICE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying clothing items. Absolute rubbish and paid more than I would have for a better item in the shop. Do not buy anything from these people

7/2 Update: Still no product. I contacted them for the 10th time, they gave me the same tracking #, hasn't even left their country. Ordered in May. When I ordered there was no way to tell where they are shipping from. I don't even see their Instagram posts anymore.

If I could have given a ZERO rating I would. Contacted Customer Service about not receiving my item and they referred me to my tracking number, which is why I was contacting them in the first place. It was stating nothing on where my item is. Awful service and horrible "company" if that is what you can call this place

SCAM! I should have looked this company up before ordering, followed a stupid Facebook link and thought it was legit. Unfortunately I used my credit card. My order was placed at the beginning of March, I emailed customer service in May and got one reply which said:

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern and we would like to apologize for this.

I have forwarded this to our team and we are currently looking into it. Kindly give us time to get back to you with information as to what happened to the delivery of your purchase. Rest assured that we are treating this as top priority to give you feedback right away.

Allow us to get back to you as soon as we have information.

Wrote back again at the end of May and no response.

I order some ice silk bra since May 2nd I never receive my order it's been almost 3 months still waiting.. I thought maybe because the mail was slow but now its been to long since I order .I email the company and until now no response.

So, the order arrived but it took 80 days!!!!!

So if you dont mind long wait stuff does finally turn up but dont wait by the post box for it

Worst customer service I have ever seen! I ordered from them March 1st. Today is June 14th and i still have yet to recieve my items. I have emailed them countless times. They refuse to give me a refund. Dont waste your money!

I ordered back on may 13th and still have not received anything, I tried emailing them and no one has even answered me back. I'm so upset. At this point I want my money back and will never use them again, from now on I am reading reviews before buying anything off of Instagram!!!

Actually I would give a big fat ZERO! I ordered 3 pair of Perfect Leggings in early March and I still haven't received them. I have sent them several emails to no avail. I made the mistake of paying them with a credit card and not PayPal. My next step is going to the bank to see if they can reverse the charges.

Wow... I wish I had read these reviews as well. This is most definitely a SCAM! I ordered 2 bras May 7th... it’s now June 10th and nothing. I wrote to customer service and they provided a “tracking number” but it was not a link and they never told me what “company” they ship through. I checked the tracking number with every company I could think of and nothing. It doesn’t exist. This should be taken off the internet as it’s BS and I feel like an idiot for ordering.

Takes for ever to arrive but not worth the wait when they do. My wife ordered 2 comfort bras and ordered the size per their guide. Only 1 arrived and the one that did only just fits our size 6 daughter . PayPal dispute currently open

Do not touch this company with a bargepole. Appalling customer service: I contacted them within 1h of ordering to advise that a wrong delivery address was showing (due to a Paypal issue). They refused to change the details, despite the order not going to their manufacturer in China until nearly a week later. Then the order itself took 3 months to arrive, still to the wrong address. Chinapost tracking was intermittent in whether you could see progress or not. The new occupiers at my old address kindly posted it to me. Within the packaging from China, the item had two dirt marks on it, and it doesn't fit despite my following the Lemongrassrice size guide.
I contacted LGR to ask for a refund, just before the item unexpectedly showed up. They still haven't responded, so I can't be a***d contacting them again to say it did arrive. And of course it would be pointless to return the item, so I'm just accepting the loss of £ through gritted teeth.
PLEASE do not ever order from these charlatans.
