Expencive Dissapointment…
Should have been assortment were nearly all marzipan favoured which the recipient did not like if the description had been clearer These chocolates wold not have been purchased so a very disappointing gift

Chocolates are delicious
Chocolates are delicious, however received selection included white chocolates which were not on order. This was a gift for someone who doesn’t like white chocolate.
Customer service was quick to respond and sent some additional correct chocolates to rectify this mistake. Thank you.

I ordered Non Alcoholic chocolates and…
I ordered Non Alcoholic chocolates and you sent chocs with alcohol. I sent a message as soon as i noticed and received a telephone call with profuse apologies. I received a further box a few days later. It was not the first time this has happened. At least Leonidas did their best to put things right.

Best Belgian chocolates and great service
I’ve been buying these superb Belgian chocolates from Leonidas Kensington for several years now, both in person at the lovely little shop in Kensington arcade and online. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and the online ordering service is prompt. An ideal gift to send someone for a special occasion.
