Lianox 

I placed an order on 2 Nov and over 5 weeks later I have heard nothing despite many emails to hello@ asking where my order is. My advice is not to shop here. Customer service is non existent so if anything goes wrong it’ll never be resolved. I doubt I’ll ever get my clothes or a refund.

Ok, so it’s been months now. I haven’t heard anything at all. This is awful! All I’m requesting is an answer. Or a refund. Such an awful business to deal with DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I returned my order in November, following all the company's instructions and sending the package with proof from the postal service. Months have passed, and I still haven't received my money back. I've sent multiple emails, but they keep ignoring me or giving no solution.

Terrible customer service and a disastrous refund process. If you're thinking of buying here, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you might end up losing your money. 🚨

I am still waiting for a package from Nov. The company keeps saying be patient. I've been patient! It's over 3 months late!

Lots of seasonal stuff for spring. I have been their customer for a year now and they always deliver. Happy to give you guys 5 stars too!

The clothes are made of a high quality and very cozy. No issues with sizing or anything like that... they also delivered on time (very important). I am satisfied!

One of my fav places! Sometimes they include free gifts with my orders, nothing big.. stickers and such but this small gesture always makes me happy!

The clothes are looking stunning! Vivid colours and soft on skin. I will be back soon!

I have been order some items from November 30, 2024. Right now I still cannot receive my order. I have been send lots of email to their customer service team but no one answer me.

Missing 1 item.
I've contacted them, but didnt get any reply.

Extra : the clothes looks different from the pic. Cheap quality. It's not worth it with their price.
Tips : Dont waste your money, just buy your clothes on Shein(they have a lot of korean style outfit with better price.)

All clothes fit me perfectly. The delivery went without hiccups. This is a great place right here!

Ordered two items that were expected to arrive in one month and arrived in two with a an invalid tracking number.
I've got only one of the items and never received a reply from them about the second one missing.
It's totally a scam.

Surprised because they delivered on time. I know it's odd to say that but all other places have massive issues getting things through customs during holidays.. and I am very happy with my order too of course!

I got a really nice denim dress from here. The material is great and feel nice on my skin, it's very comfortable.. and all this under $36.

Not too bad at all! I got an recommendation in our friends group and I saw many of them ordering so decided to give it a shot and this was definitely a great idea. 5/5 can't fault them!

I order 4 dresses on 13/11, they said 3 to 5 business day to deliver, but I have not received the dressed till now! (7/12). I sent email to them, left message in their IG inbox, left message in their facebook, left message in the contact form on their website, but with no response!!! If they don’t reply me by the end of next week, I will take legal action.

My cart quickly grew to what I couldn't really afford and I had to cut things out. It's not hard to end up like this as there are just that many products I'd like to purchase. Anyway, they sent the order on time, I am really happy, everything fits me and nothing is missing.

I couldn't believe the prices when I first saw them, and the clothes look way better in person, at least on me. I have an odd body type and this wasn't an issue at all.

Firstly, I have not received my order yet so I can't say anything on the quality of the goods.

I ordered on Nov' 22nd and received an order confirmation the day after. I then contacted customer support concerning that order and never received an answer.

On Nov' 27th, half of my order was given a tracking ID. It has been "processing in transit" for over a week now, meaning the carrier has not even received the goods yet. The other half of my order still shows as "confirmed" as of today (Dec' 3rd), hence being far from handed over to the carrier.

I'd expect shipment from China to Europe to take some time but Lianox claims to hand orders over to the carrier within 9-12 days. This has not happened for me so far, half of my order not even being prepared yet.

My main issue is the unresponsiveness of Lianox customer support. If only, at least, the information on international shipping given on the seller's website were accurate, I'd be more willing to accept this. Since Lianox appears to answer on trustpilot reviews, I hope to learn more about my order status this way. I'm willing to change my review once the situation is clarified.

They have reasonable prices, me and my daughter have purchased several times from here and have always been happy.
