Lianox 

I got a lovely parka from Lianox and it is really warm, perfect for the current weather in Germany. The delivery was quick and we had no issues. Thanks to the team and everyone else involved!

Ordered about 20days ago. Received order confirmation reassuring that I will get email when order is dispatched.No email with it whatsoever but lots of advertising ones. Emailed the company several times and no reply. Filed a report that I haven’t recieved my order, or haven’t gotten any updates back.Then i contacted PayPal and surprise, surprise I got email telling me that due to high demands they are running behind! All this due to black Friday even that Black Friday was weeks after my order! What a lots of bull!! All I want to know is date when my order will be delivered or tracking number for same!! This is poor management and looks like dodgy company!! Be clever and avoid I certainly will in the future!!!

Their style fits mine, and that is why I keep coming back to here. I don't need to leave my comfort zone to find what I love. They are great!!

I have been ordered my purchase here and it’s been nearly 3 weeks already I haven’t got any updates or shipping information. I emailed them but there are no reply.

I didn’t received my parcel. The company they hired was supposed to deliver at my place but they sent me a email saying it was left outside beside bin and it wasn’t. That’s not the service I expected. If you contract a company to deliver us it can’t deliver without our signature. I’ve never authorised that. Now what I’m supposed to do??

Multiple orders, all arrived more or less at the same time. Took them about a week, not more. Price-wise, this was a great deal. Many thanks!

I ordered an item 8 days ago and havent received any order update except from order confirmation. They only provide an email to contact to but they never replied when I emailed them. What a bad experience!!

I have done multiple orders with Lianox and they are getting better every time! Someone sent me free stickers with my order, thanks I guess!

I was skeptical at first because me and my girlfriend have ordered online before and one of our main struggles was finding shirts that would actually fit her. Usually the ones that arrive are either too small or too big. And the color is usually different than on the actual picture.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Customer support was very responsive and even gave me a discount. I ordered zip jacker (M size) and my girlfriend loved it. It was her birthday gift :)

Have placed around five orders so far over the years and loved everything I got so far. The customer service team is really helpful and the products are exactly like in the images. Some of the cheaper products are like Shein quality or a bit higher, but the mid price or higher price items are suuuper good quality. All of my favorite things to wear are from here! Thanks to Becca especially for helping me by sending a package again that was returned because I was on vacation.

I bought 4 dresses, and they were all terrible quality. One of the white dresses i purchased even had a tear in it when i first opened the packaging. And the worst part is, i can't even return it because im going to have to pay the shipping to ship it back to china and that will cost more than the order itself. I spent 80 quid. Waste of money, but i hope they're feeding the models well with that money because they all look starved.
also their regarding their response time. What response time? they didn't even bother checking my emails. At least have the decency to give me a refund cause i'm going to trash these clothes. You're not going to re use the clothes anyway as you state in your website returns policies "and very often, these returned clothes cannot be sold or donated anymore and will get destroyed or simply sit in warehouses with no purpose." suggests to consider going a more sustainable route, but actually care and wants my money instead. Please don't buy from them.

Absolutely disgusting site, do not buy from them! They might have cheap prices but the products they sell aren't even worth that.
The quality is even worse than you could imagine, the clothes do not look like the pictures at all. I ordered a few blouses. The material is extremely cheap and because of that they don't fit you as you would expect. The cute patterns are only printed on the outside, the inside is completely white, making your clothes look like a cheap table cloth.
They're not comfortable, fit terribly, don't look like the pictures and you have to wait over a month to get them. Shipped from China, obviously, so you're not doing the environment a favor either. I only see cons and no pros.
This site is borderline a scam.
Customer service is also a joke.

Took forever to arrive and when it finally did, the quality was absolute garbage. Fabric is like a cheap Halloween costume.

Ordered on Feb 6th and according to the limited tracking information available my order is still somewhere in China today on March 13th. When I emailed they sent me a Wikipedia link explaining Chinese New Year to account for the delay, which seemed a bit odd. While I accept a bit of a delay is to be expected this seems excessive. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.

Do not waste your money. You do not receive your order. Another site that takes your money.
Again I'm disappointed that they are advertised on Facebook and allowed to grift their users, and yet if I say anything against the regime I'm shut down immediately, go figure!!

I usually do not write reviews but thought I would give one for Lianox as the reviews here are very mixed.

I ordered a total of 8 items (3 long sleeved shirts, a T-shirt, 2 pair of pants and a sweater) and overall I am very happy with them. The clothes look nice and the quality also seems fine to me. However, the sweater does not look exactly as shown online, gives off a rather cheap quality compared to the rest and has rather short sleeves. The sleeves are also shorter on the long sleeved shirts in comparison to the picture but I actually kinda like it there and don't mind. I also should mention that I ordered the items 2x bigger than my normal size, so be aware of ordering the right size (Lianox also warns about that on their website, which is very nice).

My shipping experience was okay I'd say. I received the information that my products were shipped a month prior to their arrival. The package somehow kept staying electronically annouced on the carriers side for almost 3 weeks and nothing changed. I was honestly quite afraid I'd never receive the items and just lost a lot of money, especially after reading all the reviews here. I reached out to Lianox and they replied pretty quickly (I think after 2-3 days) and aplogized. Soon after my package was actually on its way and then came within a week (from China to Europe in my case), which I think is pretty fast!!

I am not sure whether to give 3 or 4 stars with my epxerience, but decided to give 4 as I am happy with most of the items and would order from Lianox again. I don't mind that shipping took "so long" as something clearly went wrong. I would like to sent 1-2 items back but don't think I can because of their return policy, which seems to be quite strict as some other comments here have also pointed out (I don't mind it but I do think they could write that more clearly online as I also only saw that after I ordered and seems like others also did not see it considering some reviews).
