Lianox 

My order came out great, the quality just wasn’t it. The sizes were correct and it came in time but the fabrics are very cheap.

I have ordered from Lianox several times. I always get answers to my questions. When one dress got lost in shipping, they sent me a new one. Recommend!

I would stay far away from this company. Very cheap, over priced clothes, bizarre and unhelpful customer service…. Wow this company is crap. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY YOU CAN FIND BETTER STUFF AND HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE AT YESSTYLE!! You’ve been warned they are very incompetent. I have ordered items forever ago and they don’t want to refund me. Mind you, only 1 of my 3 items came. Wheres the dispute? Why didn’t all my stuff come in a timely manner? Your a company. JOKE. Avoid them!!!!!!

Do not buy from them! The clothes were of very poor quality! Fabrics were thin, small, and crappy. I'd never buy from them again.

I returned them by shipping them back (which cost $27) and the package just did circles around my state for 9 months before coming back to me. AKA I didn't get my money back for that amount of time. I begged them for my money back and luckily they were able to pull some strings and give it to me. It was such a hassle though!

So here is the basics of my Lianox experience.

1. The shipping is reaaallyyyyy long for starters..BUT the items did come after I contacted the shipping company a lot of times.

2.The items vary in quality and color.
- I bought a skirt that was soooo great, both in fabric, prize, size and color. Good job Lianox!!!

- The sweatshirt with lace details was a MESS, in the photo on the Lianox page it looked stunning with lace details and what I got was a knock-off in fabric that felt like microfibre and the lace was a horrible mess with lose threads, holes and it wouldnt Even fit over my head, I ordered the second biggest size to be sure it would be oversized (the rest of the sweatshirt was true to size tho) i am 147cm tall, 56kg and the lace detail turtleneck part was too tight for me in the second biggest size. Only plus - true to the bright pink color shown on the site. The high price they charge for this is a complete rip off by the way, do better Lianox .

- I ordered a shear turtleneck with ruffle edges and it was true to color and fabric but the ruffles was badly sown and had loose threads and stitching knots.

So skirts is a GO, everything else, NO GO

also, did order the skirt again in a different color.

And the 5 star rating is ONLY so people have a chance to read this before the Lianox-popo blocks or delete the review…

I had a good experience with Lianox. The product was as described and it arrived on time.

My first review was removed by them. So I will add it again. I won’t stop reviewing this company even if you keep removing this!!!
Don’t buy from them, everything is from AliExpress!!!! Overpriced items and even all the pics are the same. Shame on you. I gave you last time 3 stars, but you pissed me off now ✨. You’re proving my point that what I said it’s right.

I had a great experience with this company! The clothes as pictured, I measured before ordering and the clothes fit great. Of course some things will differ, because its online you cant be 100% sure on some things but overall it matched my expectations. Fast shipping. The cute sticker was also a nice touch. I will definitely order again. Thank you!

Overpriced clothes, poor quality.
Most of the products were wrong size (despite of measuring) and the quality was poor. With such a price you'd expect to have a decent quality. One of the clothes' seams were open.
You need to pay the return yourself, which was too expensive. They recommend to sell the products, but who would buy overprized clothes?
They refused to refund anything (except the one with open seams) unless the clothes were sent to them.
Never again.

I have ordered a lot of times here and I love them! The clothes are super unique and I'm in love with the "elegant & preppy" category. <3

Delivery problem, parcel was lost or stolen. i contacted DPD the shiping company, but no answer. I informed Lianox of all the problems, but they don't care. They answer me that they are not responsable for the shipping and that I have to solve the problem with DPD. It's not the first time, that I have a shipping's problem with an order, but the sellers have always taken responsability for and sought to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Usually the problem is solved right away, Either they refund the order or send an item. Unfortunately Lianox doesn't do nothing, They don't even want to contact their shipping company in China to find out where the package is.

The Lianox's answer is totally wrong. Because it's a german company I sent to them direct by email these rules:
Kauft eine Privatperson etwas von einem professionellen Versandhändler, so trägt der Verkäufer das Transportrisiko (Details: it-recht-kanzlei.de) und es gilt Verbraucherschutz: Der Kunde hat gegen den Verkäufer Anspruch auf Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises oder es wird eine Ersatzlieferung vereinbart.
Und:
Weigert sich ein Absender, sich um ein verlorenes Paket zu kümmern, verletzt er seine sogenannten vertraglichen Nebenpflichten. Vgl. auch § 241 BGB.

Yes, I got the package but without your help and I have not yet read any message regarding your responsability for the shipping. Then my review on Lianox doesn't change, it's negative.

I just got my jumper and I loved it so much, I did expect it to be a little bigger but it is still amazing and the quality is awesome.
Another thing it did look better on the other girl in the photo than me but probably because she is a model and is absolutely stunning

If you're looking for cute, high-quality clothing, then you're at the right place. I can't even count how many pieces I've already bought from here. They are very consistent in their delivery and in the quality of their clothing. Never had any issues.

It was my first time buying clothes online so as expected, I was a bit nervous since I wasn't sure if the clothes would fit me well. I have to commend the customer service as they really helped me choose the right sizes for me. My jeans, flannel, and dress just arrived and they all fit perfectly

Lots of really attractive, chic, unique articles of clothing. I bought a dress, a pair of flannel, and a shirt. The quality of each piece feels really good. Thick and the colors haven't washed out even a single bit even after several rounds of laundry.

This has been the best online store I've ever bought clothes from. You just get so much more value than what you're paying for. I used to shop retail all the time but after knowing how fashionable and high quality the clothes here are, I think I can make an exception for this store

I bought a bag from here to use as a cute little diaper bag. I don’t usually have a lot of stuff to carry so the size is just what I needed and it matches the specific style I was looking for. Love it!

If you want to shop for clothes online and make sure they are suitable for you, don't shop here. This website is notoriously bad with refunds and returns, whether for missing packages, delays in delivery or unsatisfactory purchases.

Any email sent (especially during covid period) will be replied citing the strains of workers at posting services which I understand and can sympathise with but there is absolutely no leeway for purchase. Their policy for missing packages is horrible and the staff do the bare minimum to help you track your package. They only replied with a link to a tracking website that I already have. There is no form of accountability at all.

Furthermore, after sending multiple emails requesting a refund, I was met with sarcasm and thinly veiled annoyance where the staff decided to argue technicalities of the order with me and insisted that the delays were not the fault of their company. Miss, I just want a refund for a package that I have been waiting on for two and a half months that I know will probably never arrive as it has been stuck in China for most of that time.

In short, just dont order from here, it isnt worth your time or money.

Edit: For new buyers, their reply states my point about their refund and returns policy. As a customer, I find that it has little leeway and the period of 3 months is way too lonso I would personally not shop there. Please take my review into account objectively and make your own informed decision.
