We get it, online shopping is great, especially for unique items that you might not ever find at your local stores. However, sending parcels around the world is extremely taxing on the environment and causes a lot of CO2 emissions. Lianox ships directly from the manufacturer without unnecessarily shipping products from warehouse to warehouse to keep the carbon footprint small. But returns are a huge problem for the fashion industry -- customers often order large amounts of clothes fully knowing that they will return most of their order, and very often, these returned clothes cannot be sold or donated anymore and will get destroyed or simply sit in warehouses with no purpose.

You can give clothes another life: We would be more than happy if you considered giving/reselling the clothes by yourself (for example, to friends or family, local second hand stores or flea markets etc., on Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Ebay, Vinted [former Kleiderkreisel]...) instead of going through the hassle of returning them to us via mail. Sending around parcels over country borders is not only bad for the environment and our CO2 emissions, but - depending on location and carrier service - you might pay more for shipping than what the item is worth. Consider going a more sustainable route!

Generally, I don't ever write reviews, but I love this store so much! Browsing on here is a lot of fun and is soon becoming my and my friends' favorite place to shop. Great customer service and good delivery time.

Their product didn't really look like the picture which was kinda disappointing, but they do talk about that on their site (reasons why it may differ from screen to screen). Besides, you have to pay for a return label yourself, they don't help you much in that process which kinda sucks, so I'm really just loosing money here for nothing (probably my fault). The shipping also takes a lot of time. I probably wouldn't shop there again, which is a shame because their clothes look really cute.

Ordered a dress two months ago. Received shipping information. Last updated a month ago. Emailed the company and no reply. Filed a report that I haven’t recieved my order, or haven’t gotten any updates back. I have previously ordered from here and no issues. This time I don’t know what’s going on. This is poor management and needs to be fixed.

I fell in love with K-Fashion and have been looking for a good store that will allow me to get what I need at reasonable prices, absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be referring my friends who've been looking for a site that has a k-fashion vibe to them.

These are one of the nicest denim shorts I’ve ever bought. So comfy & cute. They fit great and very it's really flattering. I actually like how the front pockets are reasonably large and the style goes with my fashion sense. Super comfortable.

So I literally ordered a white hoodie and in the confirmation email I received, it said white and after like 2 months, when it finally came, I didn't even get the white one! It came in pink! Will not be buying from them ever again and I expect either a refund without sending the package back or a new white hoodie sent back to me. Plus shipping takes forever.

The quality of the clothes is of amazing quality, I received a choker and 2 sets of jeans with on-point sizing and exactly what I saw in the picture online, the shipping time wasn't too long. I'm quite pleased with my order since it looks so cute!

I really love this this slim fit top for my dance class. It’s lined well and durable. It fits just as I anticipated. Two thumbs up.

Dont shop on this. The materials are way worse than others asian fashion websites. Both customers service and the dresses materials are really bad. I waited for more than a month for nothing. The dresses materials are all thin and cheap. They might use the pics of other sites and just make cheap dresses with such a high price. Dont go for this site. Such a disappointing! I doubt that all the good reviews are real. They might fake it and delete all the bad reviews.

Rep: I couldnt rep directly on your response so I would rep by this way. Seriously, your dress prices range from 20 to 40 and I bought that 2 dresses at $40. And you said that cheap price so cheap material? What do you mean man? What a scam! And the images and description on the web,I sincerely to recommend you add sth like much cheaper and thinner material than the pics. Just stop talking nonsense. The products are not worth w the price at all. You should go around other asian clothes websites to learn to be more honest. Such a wasted of time and money! Hope no one spend money to buy this frustrations like me. And lol, easy return? They are in China and theres no way for you to return even if you reach out to them. This is exactly how you throw your money out of windows.

My daughter is crazy about this sleeveless top! I bought it medium instead of small because I figured it would be a better fit. She says she likes how comfortable it is and that it's cooler.

Perfect size and I like the quality, this transparent heart belt is great to wear with a flirty skirt or some jeans. Got it for my sister too and it looks so cute on her.

So happy my second sweater finally arrived so I can tick another item from my wish list off :). Quality is just as good as the previous one and I absolutely love it!

I'm guilty of being an impulsive buyer from time to time but the bunny ear hoodie is one of the best impulse buying decisions I've ever made! The fit and feel of it all are fantastic.

Sooooo disappointing. They keep writing on here and their website "Asian sizes are smaller than western sizes", which is true, but doesn't really have anything to do with the fact that the item that I received is a *completelyg different item*. The shirt I received would be oversized on my 7month old, not on an adult. I'm a size S 5'3, so it shouldn't be too far of a reach that a size L of a WAY oversized shirt on The picture will be oversized on me, but it *barely* fit. The sleeves end about 10 cm from my wrist, when on the picture they should be very wide and long. Unless the girl in the photo is the size of a five year old, this doesn't make sense. Also, delivery was way too long. NEVER AGAIN. Just go to Ali express or wish, get disappointing items with long delivery for way less.

Reading more of their responses on this website, I'm absolutely outraged they keep insisting the products "are representative of what they ship". Absolutely ridiculous. They rely on the fact that I'm sure most people won't bother shipping something back to China, especially in a pandemic. German company shipping from Asia? So... have you even seen the product you sell? Because it is not the same thing. Well. You live and learn.

Edit: I *did* measure. While I'm not a child sized person, I think your flat out lies are insane. Your only saving grace is that this website doesn't allow image attachments.

You're the one who flagged the review, so please don't misinform. Unfortunately the truth about your website is gonna be defamatory. Yes, the cut should be oversized. Clearly - it wasn't, what I received was fitted. I'm 150 cm tall and size XS-S in all clothing. That isn't exactly way over an Asian. What I received, I will repeat myself again, is just a completely different item from what I saw on the photo, so you can stop lying about it🙄
