Awful customer service, I don’t know if they are from China, but I’ve never experienced customer service at this low level.
After complaining about the food tasting off, like toxic chemicals, from the very small portion paper and plastic boxes they put their rice and noodles in, the woman on the phone refused to sort out the problem and stated that no-one else has complained about this before! Even if that is actually the case, there always the first person to complain because something isn’t right anyway. They are very cheeky asking such a high price for what I had, even without the food being full of chemicals. Place your money elsewhere, this is a food establishment who rips people off, intoxicates your food and dismisses any complaint. Put your money towards decent places and people. These people are not good enough to serve you food, they don’t care about anything but themselves.

It took over 2 hrs to receive my order! Totally unacceptable!!!!

Ordered food but it never turned up, call the restaurant to ask if they had received the order and they said no.

Ordered food one hour ago..got notice that it was being prepared only to have TakeAway.com cancel it with no explanation whatsoever. Reordered the food through UberEats as they seem more reliable

Compared to other providers the app is just quite annoying. You can't see where the driver is and the layout is just crappy

Unpleasant Experience – No Delivery, Rude Customer Service

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Pizza King. I placed an order through Takeaway.com but unfortunately, the food was never delivered. When I contacted the restaurant, the worker on the phone was not only unhelpful but also rude. Despite explaining the situation, they dismissed my concerns, hung up abruptly, and claimed they couldn't do anything.

To make matters worse, I received no refund for the undelivered order. This entire ordeal left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I hope the restaurant can address these issues promptly to avoid similar situations for other customers. My trust in their service has been severely undermined by this unpleasant experience.

I ordered for 30€ with tips included for the delivery guy, never got delivered...
I first sent a message after 1h late, no answer. After 2h late, the order switch to 'delivered' status, I sent another message to get what happen as I never received the order.
2 days later I got an aswer from the customer service that the delivery guy tried to call me... I never received any phone call, nobody knocked at my door. And of course no refunds.
But today I receive an email to review the customer support as my issue is solve! What a joke! Your customer service is a shame go to hell.

The golden fry west road annfield plain. delicious kebabs. but tiny amount of meat had to order a chinese as we where still starving hungry. pot of chilli sauce £1 for a teaspoon full. not kidding and a table spoon of re d cabbage white cabbage and dab of coleslaw. she is the most stingiest woman ever charges you 30p for a carrier bag and says nothing free these days ? £6.80p daylight robbery. also place needs a good clean.

They're late all the time, always cold food, and you dont get your money back after requesting a refund for raw chicken, this is a delusional company.

I have been enjoying curries for 43 years and i have no hesitation in voting TCK Deli in Blackburn market the very best. Their curries, chappaties, samosas and just about everything else on their menu is exceptional. The staff and service is excellent. **********+

Fast curier

My boyfriend was eating his pizza we ordered from My Uncle in Crewe. He found a hair that was IN the cheese on the pizza. It actually made him chock. Definitely not gping there again.

I had pre ordered from Domino’s in Newry a few hours before I was expecting my order.
I was tracking my order online and noticed for at least 10 minutes once my order was out for delivery it remained at the store. Then went on a detour for another 10 minutes to someone else’s address. I received my food but to say it was hot would be wrong it was only warm at best. I couldn’t complain about this at the time as I had friends and family who didn’t want to make a fuss about the food being cold.
I give fed back on their wed site shortly afterwards to get a short I’m sorry story for a member of staff who really couldn’t care at all.
My advice is to order your take away elsewhere. I know I will.

with cold pizza

I have ordered steak chop suey and chicken chop suey from the Golden Sea Horse Takeaway each Tuesday for the last month. The food is always hot, the vegetables still have a little firmness and the meat is cooked to perfection, The taste is delicious. I recommend the takeaway for dinner any night of the week. They also do great fish and chips too.

Food is ok but the female who takes the orders has to be the most consistently RUDE person we have EVER met!!!! She will get no more money from our family. She doesn’t deserve customers. Totally obnoxious

Order doesn't arrive, no customer support

takeaway.bg has to call the restaurant, so that they contact takeaway regarding your order. Might as well go yourself and collect it. When you want to call? Surprise, absolutely no phone number in sight.

Pure scam.
