Purchased the cubby house floor to match the Lifespan Kids Numbat cubby (from Bunnings). Customer Service was very helpful via the web chat to assist in making sure this product would be suitable for our specific model of cubby. The floor has been great, was easy to assemble within the cubby and was delivered relatively promptly.

We purchased the 'Amber 3 Double Belt Sing set' for our grandchildren. The ordering was easy and the swing arrived sooner than expected. Very sturdy product with all accessories of a high/safe standard.

Really enjoyed the process of building the cubby, hoping that my daughter will enjoy playing in it just as much!

The instructions were clear, loved how the parts were identified by part number and step.

A couple of minor issues - roof panels mislabelled (in additions to the ones corrected in the instructions) but easily picked up; roof has knot holes so a little leaky in the rain (will be easily fixed); window hinge screws too flimsy & pulled out, replaced with bigger screws from supplied spare parts & all fine.

Have already added a disco ball, & selecting paint colours & have had a request to add a swing. An added bonus is the discovery that the slide can be easily adapted to connect a hose - making it a waterslide!

The portable zip line is an incredible product. So easy to assemble, so well made, so safe and so much fun. The kids just love it.

Our delivery was a disgrace. We received one box and three weeks later had still not received the other box. Lifespan blamed the delivery company saying a lack of staff were to blame for not finding the other box, not acceptable to me. When they finally agreed to resend the second box it went to the wrong address 400kms away. While the product is great the customer service requires a vast improvement!

We brought the white cubby house. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed With the coverage of the paint as it is a dodge job. We have a few chips in the wood but nothing over the top.

Other then that my son absolutely loves his cubby house and has been in and out of it every single minute of the day

Service and delivery and also the after sale service for installation has been excellent.

Replacement parts constantly out of stock with long waits for restock.
