Really really good product
Really really good product. We purchased the zip lining kit and it is an excellent quality product. Easy to put up and feels like it'll last a lot longer than our son's interest in it. Very happy.

The trampoline was a great success
The trampoline was a great success. Unfortunately the surrounding safety pad doesn't have "cut outs" for the poles, like it does for the ladder, therefore it doesn't sit properly & water accumulates when it rains & it also doesn't look finished. There is opportunity to improve accessibility for use of the ladder ie making the ladder runs wider so it's not so difficult for little feet

Absolute trash product - DO NOT BUY
Absolute trash product. 2 weeks outside in QLD weather and covered in Mould already.
Lifespans response 'sand it back and treat it'.

Hi Joe, Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. If you can reach out to us so we can assist you with your issues, our details are on Lifespan Kids Website. With mould issues, they can be related with the weather. Such as how it was stored before it was built or if your area has experienced flooding or large amounts of rain. We know QLD had bad weather from the cyclone that occurred and wondering if that may have been a factor.
Mould needs moisture and humidity to grow and QLD is a tropical climate. Excessive moisture and humidity can increase possibility of mould growth. It is always recommended to treat it as soon as it appears.

We bought a life span bouncy castle…
We bought a life span bouncy castle because we have a small back yard. The air blower is sturdy and great quality. The bouncy castle is so strong it even works so well inside. I have never seen the kids so happy. It’s a great way to wear the kids out when you don’t have much back yard would definitely recommend

Item not wrapped
The communication was a little lack. The shipping was terrible. The item was not wrapped and was available for all to see what it was. A postage direction was slapped on the side of the box which is a present and I now have to find some way of removing. The product looks good and hopefully without the postage information will make a lovely gift.

Thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear about this issue. We always dispatch orders a day after we receive payment and we would then send a system generated email with the tracking details to our customers. You can check your spam/bulk folder if it is not in your inbox. As this is being sent through a third party courier, we hold no control on tracking as well as updates with the freight. The most that we can do is chase it up if we are advised that the item has not been received yet.
As for the packaging, we will forward this to our dispatch team for review on extra packaging.

There were no instructions provided and…
There were no instructions provided and took almost 6 hours to assemble. States it is suitable for a 3 year old however my 3 year old who is very tall still can’t climb the spans safely.

Good looking swing
We have set the swing up correctly. It looks great and the kids love it. However the wood has spilt and when in use it shakes from side to side.. not sure of this is meant to happen or not.
