I've had my Lindo "White Dove" for a little over 2 1/2 years. I loved the look of it, so beautiful! I then listened to the demos to see how it sounded and how it could possibly sound recording at home with the correct microphones etc. So far I've been happy with the results using it electrically, that is until the past weekend when the pre-amp unit or its associated parts failed. I contacted Lindo at the weekend, not expecting a reply at least until opening hours on Monday, but I had a reply so quickly from Flynn who has been very helpful and sent me out a complete replacement pre-amp unit. What a service and what a company with their incredible innovative guitar designs!

i bought a the sahara traval guitar first - had a problem with my order so i texted their customer service, they answered right away the same day and fixed my problem, and the guitar was sent to me. It arrived over a week before it was supposed to. And it was shipped from uk to denmark. Everything was great, the guitar sounds great and it is really good quality. Therefore i bought their sahara bass as well and they are so beautiful, they look just like the pictures.

Lindo crew is a very lovely team. My favourit guitar brand and they are really extra ordinary sensitive, kind and helpful. Their guitars just awsome, simply awesome! Absolutely unique, beautiful and high quality. I fall in love with my Lindo Sahara guitar and with the whole brand.

The Lindo company have been very helpful from day one , with prompt replies to my emails and allowing me to arrange for one of their limited edition nylon string Mizumi guitar to be put to one side and reserved for me until I could complete payment. The Mizumi is very worthy and such a step up from what I had been accustomed to before today when my new Lindo Mizumi arrived on time from the courier. I took some proud pictures of the beautiful guitar as I unpacked it and sent them to family. This is possibly one of, if not , The best guitars I have ever bought. I hope nothing unfortunate happens to it. I would be most annoyed.

I spoke with Lindo before purchasing and they were most helpful with supporting my special needs. Excellent customer service and prompt safe delivery next day.
Guitar arrived ready to play out of the bag following quick tune up.
Lovely Willow design and great tone.
Thanks Lindo for my second purchase from you ...recommend 10/10

Use case scenario: Anywhere, anytime. I wanted a 30” scale bass for everyday play in the warm season so that I can be outdoors in the sun without missing practice time.
Build quality: Impeccable! This bass feels like a high quality boutique instrument.
Bridge: Much better than the one on my Martin—solid and strong enough to maintain string tension.
Neck: The satin finish and C shape are outstanding. Even though I have grown accustomed to feeling the natural grain of my Sandberg, the Neptune’s radically different, smooth satin finish feels amazing. I have play in 80 degree heat and can still move around this neck without sweat interfering as it so often does with lacquer finishes on other basses.
Tone: Lindo has made excellent design choices considering the constrained physics of projecting low tones acoustically in a smaller instrument. The associated engineering challenges bear attention because it makes acoustic bass guitar design fundamentally more difficult than guitar design. The guitar’s tonal range makes it easier to project audibly from a small wooden box.
The double bass is huge in order to project these low end frequencies well. Many bass players complain that acoustic bass guitars are too quiet acoustically and get drowned out by guitars unless the bass is amplified.
The placement of the sound hole helps me hear the Neptune well acoustically, and the brightness enhances tonal projection. I love the unique tone color of this instrument more than any other acoustic I’ve tried, including the Ibanez, the Martin, the Fender Kingman. Surprisingly, the Martin and the Fender were the flattest and quietest sounding acoustically, but they all performed well plugged in.
Plugged in, the Neptune sounds gorgeous, and again, the tone color of this instrument shines even as my own performance requires adjustment to the fret spacing and the need for more pressure with my pinky to articulate notes than on my electric basses.
I have tested this bass with different musical forms and techniques (finger style, picking, slap). It sounds gorgeous playing Bach or Beethoven, and it growls effectively with pick attack on rock songs. It also feels and sounds great for funk.
Early conclusion:
I will play any composition on this bass and use it on every sunny day for outdoor practice. I will play out and record with it in time. I have never made such a declaration about an acoustic bass. I can hardly put it down to write the review.
Playability:
I couldn’t stop myself for hours when I first unboxed the Neptune. I’ve spent countless hours playing it in these first few months.
It feels and sounds so different and so pleasing. I didn’t remember to order the gig bag, but I the Neptune fits perfectly in the Gator Transit Series acoustic guitar case with the unnecessary extra top and bottom padding removed.
Style:
Style is not usually a focal point for me, but it is impossible to overlook the badass Neptune style. Most acoustic basses look like run of the mill folk guitars. I will never embrace the dreadnaught shape that cuts off access to the upper frets.
The Neptune is the essence of cool with a modern design that does not resemble any other bass. The matte black finish, the body shape, the headstock, the placement of the sound hole, and the matching “Planet Core” 12th fret inlay with a matching wood-carved design visible through the soundhole create an exquisite visual design that is unparalleled anywhere in the market for this type of instrument.
Cons:
The only con for me is that I have to get used to where the preamp controls are placed on acoustic basses. At first, I accidentally turned the treble all the way up and needed to adjust.
Conclusions:
The Lindo Neptune is my new favorite bass. Its versatility is outstanding. I can take this bass anywhere from a remote campsite to a live show. It weighs next to nothing and will be on my back wherever I go this summer. It was a bargain for the quality and convenience it provides.
Its unique tone color offers bassists the opportunity to add something different in solo play, live with a band, or recording. I consider it “best in class.” I plan to purchase two more Lindo basses this year. This company’s engineers obviously put an abundance of well-placed efforts into the design of their instruments.
I want to visit their factory next year and learn more about this company. The quality of their customer service matched the quality of the design. I was well facilitated in purchasing the very last Neptune on their showroom floor for that production run. My interactions with the rep were so personal and genuine that I am eager to acquire more of their instruments and engage further with Lindo’s staff and innovative bass creations.

I bought one of Lindo's travel guitars recently and am super happy with it. It is amazingly resonant… really rings out at times and is so convenient to have lying round the house… and so it gets played way more than my other guitars, which was the hope. And it sounds great plugged in so could easily be used live.
Also the company itself were great to deal with. With great communication and helpful emails etc... so very different and much more personal than the usual ordering something online experience.

Great Tone and Great Price
Just bought a Neptune and very pleased with the quality. This was a "B Stock" but couldn't find any blemishes anywhere. They despatched the next day, and although DHL took an extra day to deliver it was worth the wait. I also bought the gig bag which is very well made and well padded with useful pockets. Always great to be able to by local and British.

They sell really good sounding guitars, after hearing it online, I did not mind paying the extra for international delivery and other fees. I purchased a Ryokou travel guitar and I love that thing, it feels very comfortable to hold and fun to play. Something about the purple treated fret makes me smile. I also sent a message about the kind of strings, and was given a reply within the day. Also the guitar was delivered to me in the USA really fast. Maybe in three days I received the order, was not expecting such speedy delivery. Underrated brand, hope more people discover Lindo guitars.

Ordered Sunday night, received Wednesday a.m. and delighted for the price, although a little truss rod manoevre required

I received a superfast reply from Flynn about an old (and unidentified) bass I found in a junk shop which needed some work to get it back into a playable state. Flynn identified it as a 2006-7 model which was so helpful as I couldn't find any reference to it. In my opinion Lindo guitars are of a very high quality and well constructed as compared to any other make out there. It just goes to show that nowadays you don't have to pay top dollar for one which plays and sounds exceptional, and furthermore are built in the UK. This company are so helpful and refreshingly forthcoming with information and interest in their past products.

I fell in love with the the Sahara Electro Acoustic travel guitar for a year and decided to ask for it for my 18th birthday which unfortunately was slightly spoiled. I had amazing hopes and was so excited to even hold it because I have never owned such an expensive guitar. Upon opening I found parts of the print missing, showing white underlay and the wood of the body underneath. Joinings lazily glued leaving patches of dry glue under the varnish. There was also cracks on the head of the guitar which is unacceptable at any price range let alone for £500.
Please correct me if I'm wrong but as an art student and someone who has messed around with AI art, the whole range looks AI generated. Seeing the design in person made me double take. None of the shapes, colors, or marks make any sense. There were many drawn cracks in the design splitting colors and shapes sporadically all over the print. Please look for yourself and have a look at AI art to compare the two it's not for everyone.
Update:
Customer service were quick to respond and very helpful.
Lindo have kindly offered a full refund and covering delivery costs.

My Neptune V3 is one of the best, and most gorgeous, acoustic guitars I've played. Sounds amazing and so comfortable to play. The price was good - I got a B stock, but can't see any flaws - and their customer service is second to none. I would recommend Lindo to anyone looking for a superbly made and well set-up guitar, and will be buying from them again, I'm sure

I recently bought a Lindo Koya electric guitar, the design alone is just stunning. The guitar arrived perfectly set up and plays incredibly well and after a few weeks playing with this guitar (I've not been able to put it down much every time I see it I want to play it) I've found so many beautiful sounds, the pick-ups have a brilliant tone, great low-end making open chords sound beautiful. For £600 I was expecting the guitar to play and sound pretty good but my expectations were blown out of the water. Overall an absolutely amazing guitar that is a steal at this price.

What made my experience in dealing Lindo Guitars great was the service, the price & the quality & playability of a 2nds electro acoustic guitar. The guitar arrived well packaged & ready to play. A slight tune was all it required. The artwork on the guitar was very good but with 1 or 2 very minor blemishes which I had to look for to find them. This was why it was a 2nds product which tells me the standard of Lindo guitars must be very high. Overall I was very impressed with the service, product & quality. Lindo even threw in 6 guitar picks & decent guitar bag.

I recently purchased a Lindo N2 Sahara Electric guitar, I was very much amazed by the guitar's playability and its looks.
So easy on the neck to play, both pickups sounded excellent. The soaked fingerboard in blue looks beautiful, all the design and looks are one of originality by Lindo Guitars.
This guitar will not disappoint any beginner or advance players.
Also the case that came with it is lovely too!
If you have a back problem this guitar is a must!!
Very good customer service!!
Thanks Lindo Guitar!!

I bought a 2nd hand Lindo guitar. It needed a bit of tlc. I emailed, Lindo for advice, not expecting any response. Not only did they respond, it was the next day. I received a really friendly email, giving good advice how to set it up. Thank you love my guitar.

Guitar arrived safely - all set up and ready to play. I took a gamble and bought it unseen ( good demos on You Tube) and its just what I wanted.
