This company, Lindo, is truly outstanding! I have been corresponding with them via email for a few months now and cannot express enough the effort, particularly by Flynn, that they have put into making sure my grandson has his perfect guitar and case. They went far beyond my expectations and I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I cannot fault their expertise, knowledge, and patience that they have shown to me throughout. Also, they have shown such interest in how my grandson has been getting on with his guitar. He absolutely loves it!

I’m a beginner bassist. When I realized that the 34” scale Samick acoustic electric bass I had was just too big for me to progress with, I went searching for a short scale acoustic/electric bass to replace it with.
I’m not even sure how I came upon the Lindo brand, but I’m sure glad I did. The good looks and specifications of the Neptune Electro-Acoustic Short Scale caught my eye first, then the reviews had me more interested. It was a bit of a leap of faith ordering an instrument online from a distant country (being an old school, in person kinda guy) but dealing with the guys at Lindo was super easy, from phone calls and prompt responses to email communications… full marks for that!
When I got the instrument, along with the nice gig bag, I was pleasantly surprised. Again, the good looks, but it played so well right out of the box, and it just seemed to ‘fit’ me. The scale length is just what I was looking for, and the 80mm body sits well against me.
I’ll be honest; I have rarely played it plugged in. I like to just have it sitting in its stand, where I can just grab it and play whenever I want without annoying my partner, or the neighbours.
I don’t have a lot of experience to compare it to other instruments with respect to sound/tone or playability, but to my ear it sounds great. I think the sound hole placement really lets those low vibes emanate out of the instrument right where you get the most/best effect.
As a beginner, I love having the built in tuner, but I can’t make any comment on the electronic adjustments available, and how they make the bass sound.
I do travel back and forth between Vancouver and Whistler every week, and the instrument holds its tune, with just minor tweaks required; mainly I think due to significant temperature and elevation changes
The action did seem a little high when I first got it, but I quickly got used to it, and I think it does allow for a little more ‘muscle’ in plucking, which you kind of have to do in an acoustic setting with other players.
Finally, I think the quality/workmanship/finish of the instrument is top notch, and very well priced… if I recall correctly, it was around 600$ CAN all in, from the UK to my door in Vancouver BC.
I’ve had the Neptune for a couple of years now. I recently contacted the guys at Lindo about replacing the strings with flat wounds and received a helpful, informative response within a few hours. My thoughts on Lindo based on my experience: both instrument and customer service top notch…I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Lindo again!

I truly think Lindo Guitars is one of the best brands out there. I’ve ordered a Sahara electro-acoustic guitar and it arrived in just two weeks and their customer service is amazing.
The guitar is fantastic, beautiful body, high quality and really nice full and clean sound. 5/5 stars!

I have been offshore for a month. I received my guitar 2 weeks ago and was excited to come home to it. Very happy with how it looks and how small it is. I can travel with it. Also, I appreciate the extra goods that were added due to inport tarrifs. A guitar strap, capo, picks. Flying out in a couple of days and can't wait to take it with me!

I purchased a Lindo Sahara Electric Bass Guitar.
Service was quick (really quick!!) I was also informed that I would have to pay Duty to get it from the U.K. to Canada and that to offset the cost, they would include 95£ worth of accessories which was an unexpected (and quite welcomed) surprise!
I love the bass, it looks mega and plays really well. It is well balanced and has great tone. As a 3/4 bass (30" short scale) it is perfect to practice on and use in my small studio.
The only downside is that the Luminlay fretboard side dots only last for at best 10 minutes in the dark which is hugely disappointing (unless I'm not lighting them correctly.)
All in all, highly recommend. Great customer service, beautiful bass, nice tone.
Cheers!

6 months ago I bought a Lindo Swallow dreadnought acoustic electric guitar. I'm an enthusiastic 71 year old learner - 3 years since I first picked up any instrument, and that was my second acoustic guitar. It has a spectacular finish, a rich tone, and was immaculately set up, tuned and packaged, and although its price was reduced for 'cosmetic defects' I haven't detected any at all. I play it daily!
2 days ago I received a very different Lindo guitar, a light bamboo travel 'Voyager'. Small, light, exquisite marquetry and a bright sweet tone; again perfectly set up and packaged.
I couldn't be happier with my choices - big and boomy, tiny and bright; and both tactile, aural and visual delights..Richard

I was extremely lucky & won a Sahara V2 on 1st October. Their contact, communication & service was first class, as was the guitar when it arrived 2 days later.
I ordered a case to protect it & the guitar came in the case. Setup is perfect & was even still in tune on arrival.
An absolutely gorgeous, lightweight & sturdy instrument which plays like a dream. I'm over the moon with it.

Ordered an amazing piece of art, the sahara v2 electric guitar. Fast shipment (to the Netherlands) and because they wanted to compensate for import duties I got some nice accessories! Absolutely amazing company. Also, the guitar plays and sounds like heaven.

Great products and even greater service. Superb!
I have to say, first and foremost, The guys at Lindo bend over backwards to resolve any issues you may have.
So, buy with confidence! I have bought two guitars from lindo in the past month. The first was the Koya electric guitar.
I had a few cosmetic issues which were quickly resolved to satisfaction. The guitar 🎸 is stunning, and plays like a dream. I own many guitars, Gibo’s, Fenders. Much more expensive than the Koya. But I can tell you, she gives them a run for their money!
The service I received during my purchase of the Koya, lead me to buy the Earth Slimline electro/ acoustic. Which I received roughly an our ago.
What is stunning instrument this is! Both in beauty and tonality. To end I would just like to give a massive shout out to Flynn. Who went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases. Also Jack. Thanks to all at Lindo, keep up the good work you have a fantastic product!

I bought the Ryokou guitar right from the Lindo website. It was classified as a "B" guitar - meaning it would have a defect or two. All I can see is a small scuff on the back that you have to look for to see.
This guitar is a work of art , truly beautiful ! For a small guitar, it has a big rich sound. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Communications from Lindo have been stellar. It's great to see a company that takes pride in it's work and genuinely cares about it's customers. Well done Lindo, well done !!

I bought the last Lindo Nepture V2 electro-acoustic guitar from their Ebay shop. The guitar was described as "ex display" model. I was really after a guitar for recording digital tracks on a multi-track studio. This is a beautifully finished instrument with an amazing action on the fretboard, crips clear tones with amazing sounds. The guitar has low and high impedance outputs which will interface will just about everything, amplifiers, mixing desks etc. The XLR output provides the most amazing digital recording captures pure clean tones which is my main reason for purchasing this guitar, for song recording / publishing. I'm really impressed with this guitar and I would recommended this series of guitars to anyone who is looking for an instrument to play "unplugged" or as a stage guitar or digital recordings, this guitar will do the lot and look and sound amazing at the same time. I think the latest Lindo Neptune is the V3 guitar which looks amazing.
