Great service, but it would have been nice to be able to get both our signatures notarized at the same time and not have to pay twice for 1 piece of paper

I had to call in a total of 7 times to get one document notarized, and once it was finalized and paid for, the website refused to let me download it as it wanted me to pay for the document again.

This was definitely the best notary experience I've had. There's nothing worse than waiting forever at a place that offers notary services in tandem with tons of other things. This made things super fast and efficient, especially considering the pandemic. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I've used this service
This is the first time I've used this service and it was very convenient to use. I will say the price is a bit much especially when you need two signatures on the same document and they require separate documents for each signature. I would only use this service in an emergency. I do feel it is a safe online notary service as they do a lot of verification steps.
