Locauto Car Rental in Palermo
I've used Locauto's services several times and recommend them for their reliability and excellent customer service. The paperwork, picking up the car, and returning it - everything was quick and easy. Since the previously reserved car was not available, a higher-class vehicle (hybrid) was provided at no additional charge.

Fast and friendly service, very good car, but: - the fuel tank wasn't completely full (700 km range) when I picked it up, yet I returned it full (850 km range); - interior and exterior cleanliness was very poor.

New car, great staff, reasonable damage assessment
Polite and helpful staff, almost new car in very good condition (8k kilometers), no issue (and no damage fee) with small scratches which are unfortunately unavoidable on Sicily

Mauvais souvenir
I rented a vehicle, but they offered me one that didn't match the type I'd chosen. The vehicle was very dirty inside and out. The staff couldn't get me to use the navigation system after 60 minutes. On the second day, our vehicle was out of oil. I bought a can of oil and provided the receipt with photos of the dashboard. I was reimbursed after six weeks, even though I sent all the necessary documents within 24 hours.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. No one answers on many number on Sunday. We were waithing and calling for 4hours to finally get help. (Not a problem if soneone wouldnt say the tow car will be there in 5 minutes and then there is noone for the next 2hours.) thank god we took ful kasko additionally, but then the rent became so expensive we could have use taxi for everything for the whole week for the same amount of money and no stress..

We had a smooth and hassle-free rental experience with Locauto, and the Škoda Kamiq 1.0 TSI (115 hp) was an absolute pleasure to drive throughout our trip.
The car was handed over in great condition, spotless, and very well-maintained. The 1.0 TSI engine delivered the ideal balance between fuel efficiency and lively performance, handling both motorway drives and local roads with ease. Despite its compact exterior—which made parking stress-free—the interior offered plenty of room and comfortable luggage space.
Returning the vehicle at Palermo Airport was quick and transparent, and the digital check-in report gave us complete peace of mind. A big thank you to the Locauto team for the reliable service and providing such a great car.
Highly recommended – we would definitely rent with Locauto again!

Booking process was efficient and friendly. I speak English and the communication was great. Return of the rental was simple - I was told where to park and left the keys in the car and went to the airport.
