Easy pick-up and drop-off. The rental company is directly at the airport, with both the key pick-up booth and the car pick-up location right there. No waiting around, which made everything very convenient.

We got a great car that was even better than what we had booked. It could have been washed before we picked it up, but honestly, I didn’t mind — it was going to get very dirty anyway after the first trip to the beach and back.

The fuel policy is like-for-like. Since the tank was full, they offered a no-brainer option to pay €100 and return the car empty. If you get a bigger car, this might be worth considering.

I've used Locauto's services several times and recommend them for their reliability and excellent customer service. The paperwork, picking up the car, and returning it - everything was quick and easy. Since the previously reserved car was not available, a higher-class vehicle (hybrid) was provided at no additional charge.

Perfect, no problems

Everything was perfect, fast check in & fast check out.

Taking out and getting the car back was simple and easy. All in all there was no fuss about the car or the whole procedure.

Fast and friendly service, very good car, but: - the fuel tank wasn't completely full (700 km range) when I picked it up, yet I returned it full (850 km range); - interior and exterior cleanliness was very poor.

Polite and helpful staff, almost new car in very good condition (8k kilometers), no issue (and no damage fee) with small scratches which are unfortunately unavoidable on Sicily

I rented a vehicle, but they offered me one that didn't match the type I'd chosen. The vehicle was very dirty inside and out. The staff couldn't get me to use the navigation system after 60 minutes. On the second day, our vehicle was out of oil. I bought a can of oil and provided the receipt with photos of the dashboard. I was reimbursed after six weeks, even though I sent all the necessary documents within 24 hours.

Experience was smooth and overall no complaints!

Expensive for a Fiat panda, 577€ for a week with the full cover insurance (dont worry)

Very poor customer service. No one answers on many number on Sunday. We were waithing and calling for 4hours to finally get help. (Not a problem if soneone wouldnt say the tow car will be there in 5 minutes and then there is noone for the next 2hours.) thank god we took ful kasko additionally, but then the rent became so expensive we could have use taxi for everything for the whole week for the same amount of money and no stress..

Friendly people, easily accessible, and they don't nitpick over tiny pre-existing scratches just to bill you more. Excellent experience!
