I already rented 3 times from locauto for our summer holidays and every time for duration more then 15days, all rentals were smooth and cars without issues.

I have chosen Locauto as an agency to rent a car from, based on previous experience of a friend of mine.

Pick-up and drop-off were smooth and very quick. I rented a Fiat Panda and got upgraded to a Peugeot 208. Great service and a very easy experience overall. I’ll definitely rent from them again next time!

Locauto Saved our journey
Considering the fact that we had an urgent need to rent a car for 2 weeks in PMO airport, because pre booked rental company didn’t want to give us a car without IDP (which is not mandatory by the Italian low) the price and conditions were great!the Lowest price offer that I could find from all car rental counters. No deposit, full coverage, fuel policy is to return as is, not a full tank. The car was brand new and comfortable Volvo cx40. No IDP needed!

Locauto is the best. I am very happy. They gave us better car (newest 26Y t-roc) than i rent (polo). Everything was very simple and very fast to take car from their office at airport Palermo. Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly. The only downside was that one employee at the airport desk wasn’t particularly friendly. However, all the other staff members, both when picking up and returning the car, were wonderful, helpful, and professional. We even received a better car than the one we had booked, and there were no problems at all. Overall, a great experience.

The car is new, very comfortable. The services is kind. There was no problem returning the car. The rental office is located at the end of the box rental on the left. Quick driver verification. You enter from the airport and go straight to the P2 car park. The rental is located at the end of the car park on the left.

better than a big international company
we were a little worried about ordering from a non international company, but this was probably the smoothest experience we had. we do always take the extra payment for the no hassle clause, but when we brought our own car seat they refunded us for the one we ordered. top of the line vehicle, too.

Good choice for Sicily for resonable price
The good point, at very beginning, was that i came for the car earlier and Locauto was flexible and gave me the car without waiting. The organizaion while taking the car was not perfect, a few of us were standing and waiting, while the working of Locaute were going here and there working something (looking pretty unaogranized). The car was very dirty when i took it.
