Great experience
Great experience! Service at the pick-up point was excellent and the car was practically new—better than expected. Unlike other rental companies, they didn't pressure me into buying extra insurance since I already had it. Very satisfied!

We were very happy with our experience with Locauto at Palermo Airport. The whole process, from picking up the car to returning it, was quick, easy and completely hassle-free. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
The car was clean, in excellent condition and exactly as booked. I especially appreciated how smooth and efficient both the pick-up and return were.
I can definitely recommend Locauto and would happily use their services again on our next visit to Sicily.

The check-in guy in the airport was not…
The check-in guy in the airport was not super welcoming, but (Marco?) gave us a great service when delivering the vehicle.
The checkout information is quite poor and I can’t find any written confirmation that the vehicle was without any damages at delivery. However, not line and friendly people at pickup and return area.

Locauto Palermo
We are very satisfied with the services provided bu Locauto. We rent a car from Palermo Airport and we did the online check so there was no Q, as soon as we arrived we took the car. The car was relatively new and in good condition. The check-out was also fast and we didn’t had any issues. Also, we took the Don’t worry insurance package son in case that there are some small scratches on the car they’ll be covered by that package. Also they’re giving the option to pay with debit card, something that most of the companies doesn’t offer.

Easy pick up at the airport and friendly staff
Easy pick up at the airport in Palermo. The Locauto counter was easy to find in the arrival hal, the staff was friendly and accommodating doing all the paper work. The pick up as well as the return of the car went smoothly as well. All in all, it was a very good experience and I absolutely will recommend Locauto.

Hello, the girl was very helpful and we get car very fast with debet card, with no problems. Before we have a lot of problems wirh booked car at Sicily by car, because we did not have credit card on drivers name they did not want to change the drivers name so we have to cancel reservation on our costs. Well, the car was clean, and by returning car we just leave car keys in the box on the airport.
