This company is a gang who fit a lock that they can then break into. This company is a gang who will break into houses ! This is a Romanian gang who have robbed people of their hard earned money. The owner is threatening if you don’t pay £1000 for a £30 lock. I’m a vulnerable 60 year old women and they have threatened me that they knew where I lived and would come for me. Complete Rip off. DO NOT USE

I was told £89 for drilling on the phone and I specifically asked if there are any hidden or extra charges but I was told NO EXTRA OR HIDDEN CHARGES. But when the Locksmith came he charged me £129 for drilling, £100 for new lock, and £49 for call out charges. Which in any way does not relate to what I was told by the company when I called to request.

These people are fraudsters

These people are fraudsters. How can you charge nearly £1000 for coming in an emergency to your house after making you wait half an hour, drilling out a basic yale lock and changing to a new lock. The young man VLAD Crisan who installed the lock quoted a different price but when I paid by credit card, a sum of £968 was charged. I did not check. Here is how he broke it down when I said it was fraud. £289 emergency door opening. 269 for new BS lock with 3 keys and 2 years warranty £139 labour for lock installation and adjustments to mechanism and woodwn door and £132 emergency call out.£829 =VAT = 994.80 His tel no is 07717712882 but NEVER use them unless you have money to burn. I asked for a refund but didn't get any. That they can get away with this is fraud and wrong

Cowboys that will have to pay out

Ok. I can't put much on here. I will be suing this company, using Police and HMRC where they provided a fake unused unregistered VAT number. I suggest we all join together and deal with this rouge service. Please all check the VATnumber to see if even registered. I have friends that will be pursuing this company from here on

Wish I’d seen the comments before…

Wish I’d seen the comments before ringing them. Same story, late, given an estimate of £105 for a simple lock (which it was). Then they changed the lock without asking and then charged £380.

Absolute joke and scam

I locked myself out of the house

I locked myself out of the house and they did not quote me a fee. After waiting 45 minutes for them to arrive, they told me it would be $309 to pick or drill the lock. They spent less than 10 minutes trying to pick the lock and then drilled the lock- left all the debris from drilling on my doorstep and threw the lock material into my yard. They then wanted $650 for a keypad lock. Horrible and a rip-off. Don’t use them!

Completely Ripped-off

I was attacked by my husband who has Alzheimer’s on Saturday, 24th of February and therefore decided to have a lock on the door of my bedroom. On Sunday I googled for emergency locksmith and this company popped up the top of the page. I called them and they said they will come in 20 minutes. I should have asked the price on the phone but assumed that it would be less than £200. When the person arrived I asked how much it would cost and he confirmed it would be £275. I thought it was rather expensive but accepted because it was Sunday and he came very quickly. After he finished he said it would be £1,000 or something (I don’t remember exact amount). I couldn’t believe it and asked why it I was that expensive. He then said he would give £300 discount hence £700. He said £275 for a new installation, £285 for Chubb lock and 2 keys, 3 year guarantee, 89 for labour, £63 for call-out and VAT, so total was £848.4! I still couldn’t believe it so asked him if it was the standard price in London. He said yes so I had to pay. After he left, I called other locksmiths like Timoson and others who quoted between £185 and £225. I realised that I was ripped off and it was a scam trade. It is disgrace that they prey people like me who was vulnerable at that time. I called the guy who installed and complained and he said I should get a discount when I called the office. I called the office and he finally said he would give me £200 discount but I insisted I should have been charged £275 which was said by the guy who arrived at my place. The office didn’t agree so I reported to my bank to dispute. I must say my ability of judgement at that time was poor but I still think these people should be punished.

Digusting scam

Digusting scam! They drilled a whole into my lock - when all it needed was a pin to get in the door. I called the office they said £35 call out charge. Then the locksmith calls and £49. I said that not what the women from the office said and I will call you back. He instantly called back and said 35 and the £90 if he went to drill the lock. Then he turned up. He said to me £160.00 to drill the lock and to put new lock on and keys and then £40Vat. So I said £200 everything he said yes. As soon as the door opened he looked inside my flat and saw the contents and said okay extra £55 I went no you said £200 in all. He was like no I never your just stressed. He tried to stand in my door way and said you’re not getting in. I squeezed pass and stood in my flat I said I am in now. I am not going to pay you that you keep changing the price. Spoke to the office and they had nothing to say they were confused with all the price changes. The guy then change the price and said £160.00 and no call out charge I was like you keep changing the price. Please do not use this company I’ve lost £160.00 which is the last lot of money I have left for the month. They left a whole in my front. They take advantage of you as much they can. I’ve never felt so scared in my life. I’ve lost £160.00 which is a lot to me and my kids. The issue is still not sorter. There is so email address. I keep calling the office and they give putting the phone down on me. They are doing this to everyone. Please be careful

Absolutely appalling wish I had read…

Absolutely appalling wish I had read the reviews before calling these people.
Unfortunately my 95 year old mother had left the key in the inside of the door so we were unable to get back in. I called these people and I will admit they were out to us in 45 minutes.
The first thing the guy from Fixtoon ltd said was he would have to drill the lock. I then explained that once before my husband had got in by using a piece of plastic and could he not try this first. He produced his trusted piece of plastic and within 2 minutes of arriving and with one swipe of the plastic the door was opened. He had informed me that the call out was £49 but then told me that the opening of the door was £179.
I refused to pay and after a lot of shouting and with me standing my ground he then asked what I would pay. I asked where he had come from and worked out diesel and my husbands hourly rate and told him £90.
He took his money and left.
What really annoys me is if my 95 year old mother had been on her own she would have felt she had to pay.
Do yourself a favour and avoid these people. Absolute rip off company just preying on people's misfortune.

I feel like I was mugged

I feel like I was mugged! I was informed I'd be consulted about the cost going over the £49 call out charge.
I was charged at the end and extortionate amount of money. Thieves. It's the only way to describe this company. I could have bought a new door for what they charged for a cheap lock

SCAMMERS!! LAIRS!! EVIL! Dont make the same mistake!!

SCAMMERS!!! They said on the phone call out charge is £50 and around £60 for the lock. Guy arrived and my daughter wanted to make sure the price is set, she asked him again how much for the lock and call out charge he said £175, (already increased the price at this point) . She asked couple of times just to make sure as she is a student and hasn't got surplus of money, the guy confirmed it will be a full price of £175 for all of it. She said it took him 10 min to do it all, drilled the lock out and changed the lock for what he told her for more expensive one. When he finished he gave her an invoice for £520 !!! She said what do you mean? You confirmed the final price several times and now you want £520? What is this !! Such awful experience, absolute disbelieve and he just stood there waiting to give him the money. What a scammer, where do these people come from!! Furious, angry it’s an understatement.

Get a local individual locksmith, not this scam company

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I called them. Like everyone else. Quoted a small call out fee and then coerced into paying £700 and a part ordered. Then called up by the locksmith saying the part was installed but it was more than he expected and would cost £100 to be installed. I googled the missing part to find it was £88 not £290 he claimed. Realising what a scam it was I said we'd no longer be doing business with him and that I wanted a refund for the part I'd prepaid for as a minimum. He said he couldn't do it and they were company prices. The whole thing is a scam and completely disgusting.

Guys don’t do the same mistake I did…

Guys don’t do the same mistake I did whenever they come out this company they will rip you off. You have to ask them how much they will charge. If you don’t say anything they will rip you off at the end for just the door handle they charge me £280. It took 10 minutes to fix it and it was something simple.
