I ordered premium Star Wars light Sabers from them. The package arrived in 2 weeks, which isn't too bad, but the items were not what I ordered. I received kids toys that you can buy at a dollar store. No reply back from emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE WEBSITES!!
They are totally scammers!! My fault for not doing investigation first. Live and learn I guess.

Fradulent false advertising

Do not buy anything from them. I am in the process of getting my bank to cancel the transaction.

I am also in the process of returning the 'goods' which were indicated on the purchase as being worth $90.00 but being reduced, however what I received was a product even listed with a value of £3.25.

I am also in the process of reporting the advertisement that was done on facebook.

If 0 stars were available I would leave that. I’m almost 100% sure the positive reviews are fake from just reading them. Absolutely awful quality clothing that ended up being replicas that look nothing like the pictures. Terrible material and sizing. I would go as far as saying I wouldn’t even donate this crap. AVOID SCAM COMPANY

Terrible company - effectively a scam. My items did arrive, worse quality than I could have ever imagined. I contacted customer service to find out how to return and they are giving me an epic run around. I've also read that if I actually do send them back, I likely won't ever get refunded. Better off donating the items. Beware!!

I paid $46 for a dress that honestly should cost $0.50. Never buy anything from this company, it is a scam. My order took for ever to come and if you order more than one item they arrived separately. What a scam. They are thieves.

I never received my order and reclaimed from the first month on. They always kept telling me that they are already processing my refund. After 6 months they told me that now it´s not possible to give me my refund anymore, so I never got the dress and also lost my money!!!

I ordered a 40$ dress, took a while to arrive...just for me to find out it's a really BAD CHEAP REPLICA of the picture of the dress they have on their site. They offered a 6$ refund for a 40$ dress..RIP OF to its core,never buy from them and block all possible sites and ads from them

I ordered an item described as an embroidered coat. It arrived months later (after a couple of emails) and was a cartoon printed cheap polyester. It looked absolutely nothing like the picture and there wasn’t a stitch of embroidery anywhere. I paid $45. Thy offered to refund $9.

They are thiefs, never sent anything and never make the refound

Please learn from my experience and do NOT purchase anything from Lolabuy. When I finally received my order, it looked nothing like the pictures. The material was so cheap. I returned everything but 1 shirt in August 2018. It is now the end of Jan 2019 and I still have not received my refund. I email them every couple of weeks and it's always the same thing "your refund is being processed" or "let me check to see what the status is on your refund". They recently tried to tell me I was refunded already. Save your money. IT'S A SCAM people.

I wish I could give zero stars. I will keep this short as they are not worth my time, but people should know. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping, it has taken me SIX MONTHS to get my refund, and I still have not received it, still emailing back and forth about how they haven't received the package or no longer have the information to complete the return. I HAD RETURNED THEIR PRODUCTS AS SOON AS I RECEIVED IT, I RETURNED RIGHT AWAY, 6 MONTHS LATER STILL GETTING PUSH BACK FROM LOLABUY!

I ordered 3 items. 2 of them came in about one month and they r completely terrible , not even close like it’s supposed to be. I asked service about third one and they said they run out of my size . So I said since the items that I got is really bad , don’t bother yourself , just give me refund for last item. IT WAS NOVEMBER! Almost every week I asked them where is my money , so they keep saying they need to find out at their financial department, then they said it’s been sent , I should get in 20 days, which passed long time ago . I texted them again and they told me that they sent it again and now it will take 25-35 days . No any refund won’t take so long, let’s be realists- they r not going to send me anything. It’s just bla bla bla . I can’t believe that companies like this still exist in our time ! Completely bull...s...hit!

I wish I would’ve seen this before I placed an order. They said I would get it before Christmas 5-7 days was the words they said...waiting...waiting nothing I emailed all they said due too the holidays it might not be there in time for Christmas. I even paid for the extra shipping and I ordered in November. Than they sent an email a week later saying one of the dresses wasn’t available anymore if I wanted to order a different one our cancel the order. So I said cancel order. So now I’m suppose to get my refund within 10-20 days well it’s been well over 20 days and they’re still giving me the run around. No refund no merchandise I’m out of $120. Please don’t order from this company!!! Has anyone filed a claim against this company?

I wish there was a more public way to warn consumers about this company, Lolabuy. They are a COMPLETE SCAM. The clothing that you will receive looks nothing like what is pictured in their advertising. It is terrible quality - worse than what you would find at a "dollar store". I still haven't even received one of the items that I ordered (after several months) and they have yet to issue a refund. I have been battling with them for weeks to return the items that I have received, and they finally just gave me an address to send the items back to in Los Angeles. They said to send to "Jimmy". I googled the address and it is a run down building currently for lease! I cannot believe these people are still in business, but I wlll shout it from the rooftops and hope that none of my friends are taken advantage of the way that I have been. PLEASE SHARE!

Worst quality I have ever seen. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! not worth a dime! My order was late. When it finally arrived there were holes in the fabric and EVERYTHING sent was see through! Not at ALL as described!

Beware of this company

The item arrived after 3 months even though i PAID FOR EXPRESS POSTAGE. When the item did come, I laughed and through it in the bin at the Post Office. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the crap that they attempted to call clothing.
