Unfortunately there is no “zero” rating. Let’s say the website works properly and managers as well. For this they definitely have to get a good mark. BUT if you guys gonna sell your clothes to WHITE and BLACK people (I am from Ukraine and I give a crap what you’ll think about me:), you should look with your f*сking narrow Chinese eyes what kind of size we usually wear EUROPEANS or AFRICANS. Why in the name of hell “full length” dress of XL size hardly can touch my ankle, you silly Pygmy? I have slender body and I have counted that sizes can be asian so I have take the biggest one. So please guys, you either work with the cloths producers who make TRUE size for BLACK and WHITE people or at least don’t set the pictures of European-like moduuels. Otherwise you simply MISLEAD your customers. And I really hope it will really harm your business a lot. I bought a pair of shirts, and I was a little nervous about how quick they would get here given it's almost Christmas. To my surprise, they showed up the 2nd business day after ordering. They were exactly as advertised, the packaging was beautiful and I was very happy with how I was kept up to date by lolabuy for the duration of the order. I got more than what I expected from there. Will definitely buy more from here

Whenever I want to do online shopping, I never had a second thought. I always go for the Lolabuy store. Their customer services are exceptionally great and the best part is speedy delivery and items are packed in a very nice and safe way.

No way to get in contact with the business properly. I received my items and they are NOTHING like the images and the quality is terrible. Really. Terrible. The string on the halter neck dress that I got is just like a piece of rope you would wrap around a chicken to roast. I am very disappointed and should have listened to the reviews that I saw earlier. There is no way that you can get a refund either!

This business is a scam. They don’t send your item then they don’t refund. I’ve been trying for 4 months to get my money back for dresses I never received.
They should be closed down.

I ordered 2 separate dresses from this company and neither arrived. Their emails are full of excuses and the so called tracking numbers don't work. I have bee chasing a refund since August. Would NEVER buy from them again
