Lolabuy 

It literally been 4 months. Either the items are always out of stock and I have to choose another, or they stall and email me nonsense before trying to send me another order or make me re-order. This is a waste of money!! DO NOT ORDER from this website!!! WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

They took the money months ago and i never received the order... made many complains... but nothing they just send me the tracking number which is fake and just copy past the same tracking number everytime i write to them.

They steal money from people! It’s been three months and I have not received the money back nor the dresses! Don’t buy in this place it’s a scam!

Took more almost two months to receive my order. Looking at the product on hand I can only say the website photos are misleading. The fabric, cut and quality of the product received look nothing like the photo. The only thing that match to the photo are the colour and print at best. They feel like cheaply and poorly made republica of designs copied off the internet. To be honest for the price I wasn’t expecting much but looking at how bad the product looks I can’t help but think they must have picked the worst factory to make something so ugly. The only good thing about the company is their customer service is at least responsive, although took a few days but at least they tried to get back to my inquiries.

I cancelled my order less than an hour after placing it and they'd already charged my card. I demanded a refund and they still haven't given me back my money. This was months ago. Lolabuy is a scam; they are thieves. Never buy from this site.

A few weeks ago I fell in love with a particular dress I saw on social media, and had been looking for it since that day, but I hadn't got any luck, until I found this website. I was very excited to order it, and I wasn't disappointed at all when it arrived. Service was great, I got my order in a few days and quality was amazing! Thank you very much.

I wish i could give a zero rating! the items were not as pictured & the quality and material were garbage. Shame on you! disgusting scam! do not buy from these people! any good reviews were probably people from their company

I have been waiting 9 months for a dress now, customer services have told me to be patient and that it will arrive. Lies! This is the worst online shopping experience and service I have experienced and still no dress has arrived !!

The worst costumer service ever. It is over a month that I have ordered something and I'm still waiting to receive it.. Their answers to my emails are unacceptable.

I got my order in almost two months since I made a sale. They have been delivered separately. I order 3 items. The quality is terrible and basic. For their website pictures they used different products. That what you received doesn’t cost even 5$ = 35 ¥. It does look similar but is not what you have been ordered. I believe real products from the pictures really exists they just sending cheapest fake version of them and like that they are cheating customers. I do not recommend to do business with them. In their customer service they reply quite fast in 2-3 days. Even if is going from Hong Kong which I think is not true is going from other part of the Chinese cities - the deliver time is to long. I tried lolabuy recently. Got some clothes from them. They have a good verity of stuff and it's available in many sizes. Got my stuff on time and the quality was good too.

I returned the dress, which lolabuy can not find in its own firm, and after 24 emails and 30 days I still didnt get my money back. So its the worst customer service ever. Never buy anything from them. The quality is soooo bad and the customer service is even worse.

The same people who are posting 5* reviews here are also praising ComfyBub which is another appalling scam company. Suspect these reviewers are being paid by or employed by these companies to try and counter the appalling reviews that are getting! Be very aware.

If you want to look stylish, then you should not miss an opportunity to visit this website. This is one of the most stylish outfits I have ever come across. I bought couple of dresses on this website last month. I wore one among them to a party and suddenly I became the star of the evening. The cloth looked premium and the floral design on it just blew my heart. I would love to shop more on Lola buy and would strongly suggest this website to all the women who would love to look stylish

it was a wonderful experience shopping with lolabuy .... i literally do want to recommend it to everyone since i ordered a floral dress and got it just on time with beautiful material of clothes...the order was on time

So I will probably be going broke soon this month. Lolabuy is absolutely amazing and so addictive! The amount of things to pick from is staggering! And then the quality! I was honestly surprised when I saw how well made my items were and that too in that budget! Wow! What usually puts me off from online shopping though are management processes and customer support, but lolabuy were amazing! every step of the way!

Lolabuy is amazing! One of the most unique experiences with online shopping. Buying online isn't my favourite thing to do however I have left a feeling I never had before! I could site and scroll on the site for hours, everything on it is absolutely perfect! Planning outfits have never been more fun!

This site is a total scam!!! The photos on their site is not theirs!! The item I ordered came late and the material is absolutely cheap and horrible!! Very poorly made!! I couldn’t even wear the top! I asked them for s refund and to return, they offered only $20 refund and I spent over $50 for the item. Such a rip off and scam! It would cost me more to ship it back to china, not to mention how long it will take to get a refund. I hop they get shut down somehow. Ill most likely never shop from any of these advertisements on FB or Instagram from the too good to be true sites.
