Worst quality I have ever seen!
Eight weeks before my vacation were not enough for my order to arrive in time. I ordered five vacation / beach pieces and four out of five are complete garbage! It's not an exaggeration of any sort. No one has big expectations paying 30-40 dollars per dress. But I thought maybe i will just wear them once or twice and will look cool in the pictures. But garbage like that i can not even wear once, it would be too embarrassing. If you are like me, looking for inexpensive beach tunics/shirts/dresses, save yourself time and buy from a local Caribbean resort vendor that are circulating on many beaches. Their quality is much better.

My order came a month later and one item is still missing from my shipment. I have tried contacting company with no luck. Clothes I did receive are poorly/cheaply made. I will never order from them again and will encourage others not to as well.

took 8 weeks to get here, hem falling apart, not stitched properly, looks like it was made in someone's garage, would not recommend or buy anything again!

This is the worst product I’ve ever ordered online . The quality is terrible...as if you were to buy clothes at the dollar store. I ordered a woman’s large I would say size wise its most similar to child’s medium. The product pictured is long and baggy and off the shoulder. Instead this looks like a very small child’s sweatshirt with the thinnest, cheapest material you could imagine. I ordered four tops and they 4 shipped separately. I have only received three out of the four so far and it’s been two months. I have received a couple responses to my emails, but I requested a refund and have not received It. False advertising-this site should be reported BBB. I saw an ad on instagram so I thought it was a legit site. I should’ve done my research. Keep your money and stay far away!

This company is out of China, and they do not advertise that on their website. Shipping took well over a month to receive my items. My shipment was broken in two and only one tracking number was provided. I was unable to track the second shipment and just received today after ordering October 28th. The fabric is cheap and the fit is small/petite. I've sent three emails in regards to returning everything purchased and have yet to receive a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a shirt and sweater from this company. The quality was the worst I’ve seen. The shirt looked fashionable, but they didn’t completely sew one of the arms on and the sweater looked like someone practiced knitting it. There wasn’t even a tag in it. I paid $55, but Lolabuy offered me $10 so that I can have the shirt fixed on my own. I will NEVER order anything from them EVER again. Not worth $.50 if it’s not wearable.

I can’t thank my friend enough who introduced me to Lolabuy. As soon as I went into their website I was happy about how user friendly it was. And they had a great selection of clothing and shoes. When I had some questions about their shoes, customer support was receptive and helpful. And after I ordered my shoes and my gowns, the boxes came really quick. They deliver fast and are very helpful and their merchandise is great. Can’t ask for more.

I love their shoes. I discovered about the company few years ago and they have never disappointed me. The elastic grips of their shoes are perfect for hiking and cycling activities. They offer discount and don’t require extra payment for shipping. They are the most comfortable shoes that I’ve found for my problematic feet

Its been over 3 months and only received 2 out 5 garments from one entire order. The service and postal is terrible and very very slowwww. Quality of clothing is not that great either. It doesnt look like the garment from the picture shown online. So dont be fooled. I have contacted customer service several times and its always the same replies and excuses. Very disappointing!!!!

At first, when I placed my order, I got an information that the order didn’t go through whereas, I already paid for the order. Immediately I contacted their support and the kind of response rate I got, it was such an amazing process, my complaint got resolved in minutes and also my order has arrived. I bought this dress on July 5th, 2018 for my best friend's wedding at the end of July. The website says that the dress would be shipped in 7-15 days. Four days went by and I hadn't received any email that my dress had been processed or shipped. I emailed customer service 3 times after that to find out the status of my order. Each time they said, "Our deepest apologies" but still never gave me any reason why my dress hadn't been shipped. This went on for 3 weeks. One customer service agent said, "We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. It seems that the dress will not reach the place in time, and I have cancelled the order for you. The refund USD 44.74 will be issued asap. It usually takes 15 to 25 working days for our financial department to deal with your refund."

I immediately responded that I wanted the dress and that they didn't have my permission to cancel my order. They then responded that they reordered the dress had will have expedited shipping with no extra fee. (Like they were doing me a favor, when they are the ones that messed up).

After continuous asking when my dress will be expected to arrive, and no answer, I received my dress on August 5th, an entire month after ordering it. When it arrived, it was completely different from the picture online. It looked like a baby blue night gown your grandma would wear plus the fabric was very cheap in quality.

I emailed costumer service in order to receive a return label so that I could ship the dress back to them and get a full refund. However, they don't offer return labels, so they emailed me the address of where to send it back. I did that on August 8th. I tracked the package and it arrived on August 13th. Well, before the 30 days which is stated in their return policy. IT IS NOVEMBER 24TH, it has been 3 months and I have still not received my refund. I have emailed them almost every week for the past 3 months and have gotten nothing back but " Sorry for the long time you have been waiting." or " I feel so sorry for this situation. Could you mind waiting for more days?" and "please accept our sincere apology to you." BUT NOTHING OF A REFUND!!!

This company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! The items are NOT as advertised and you won't be able to get your money back!!!

A beautiful top which I bought in green. Love it with white or black trousers. Washable material. Perfect fit which reflects very good measurements chart. Only hitch I found was that it took too long to arrive contrary to all my other orders.

Absolutely a scam! Do NOT buy! Dress was not at described and I’ve been battling with my credit card company ever since to get my money back. They want me to foot the bill to send it back to them AND deduct original postage fees from my refund. Even my credit card company refuse to do anything till I send it back-AT MY EXPENSE. AVOID at all costs!

It was my first experience and I was amazed with the end result. Their response time was simply great. The services offered are just amazing. The price is also good along with the great customer support. The products are not only stylish and good looking but also very reliable.
