it was a good experience indeed shopping with them since i got my order on time and the quality of clothes was satisfying .... another thing is that the price of clothes was fine (under budget) ... the clothes are stylish ... i bought two tops and the fittings were nice.

I haven't yet received my order that I bought 7th Jun, I open a dispute through paypay and they sent me a false tracking number and asked me to close it...

Another Instagram scam, purchased through an advert on instragram. The company posted the dress and it’s just a sack looked nothing like the picture and wasn’t hemmed. Could be on internet fails

To all you who have been scammed, it ridiculous but these companies are all over fb and instagram, places you feel would be cautious of fraudulent activity being advertised.
You can protest the charge with whomever issued your credit card, it takes a while and you need to do a little paper work but, it works and these horrible companies must not be let to get away with this behaviour.
Make sure you write an email to the company, state they have not sent what you ordered ie. colour is wrong, sizing way off their charts. This is so you have written proof you have told the company product is not correct and they will not take responsibility. You will need this to show in your protest claim.
I have been scammed twice and got my money returned back both times.

TOTAL FRAUD- where is the justice?

This company needs to be stopped. They take your money and don’t send you what you ordered, or send you crap, and deny a refund.

I knew there was something wrong when you can’t leave a comment or msg on instagram. No one has responded to emails, I haven’t received my dress AND I also payed for express shipping. This is unacceptable.

Who can we report this company too?? This company is violating consumer rights. Awful. Maybe we can complain to Instagram?

They never shipped a dress I spent $65 dollars on. They refused to refund my order but did offer me a $4 dollar coupon off my next purchase. As if?!!

FRUADS!!! Don’t order anything from this company. Took over 40 business days to receive my first product and I cried when I finally received it 😢😢😢it wasn’t anything like the photos, the material was cheap and the threads falling apart at the seams. I have photos to prove. No customer service to send complaint. They finally got back to me to tell me I would have to ship back at my expense and it would take 30 days to receive and another 15/25 business days to credit my card back😡😡😡they delete all bad reviews from all social media platforms. I would love to sue them. I made the mistake to place orders on several dresses and all three finally came and was just as horrific as the first order. 😢😡😢😝😢😝😢😝😢😝😢😡😢

Do not buy from this store, the quality is so poor. The dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture and is made so badly. Using pom poms instead of button's etc. They have terrible customer service, I was asked to return the dress and they would offer me a refund which was a third of the amount I originally paid. Express post also arrived days after they advertise their normal post arrives. If you buy from here you will be scammed

I have one word - HORRIBLE. i waited for so long only to receive 3 items out of 5 and the quality of the clothes is an absolute joke. from the 3 items i received, 2 i threw out the minute i tried them one and the third one i kept only because i'm hoping i may be able to somehow adjust it myself to make it wearable .. although the maxi dress is absolutely see-through and i cannot think any other place than a beach to wear it. unless i sow another layer underneath. in conclusion .. i have lost any kind of trust for online clothes stores. i think i'm not going to order anything for a long time. what a joke..how is this company even still existing?!

More than a month to receive an incomplete order (1 item of 4) and so bad quality product, nothing similar to the photo on the website.

I wish I had read this review page before purchasing. I ordered two dresses that never turned up. The company does not respond to my messages. I guess this was a waste of money and time. Please do not purchase anything from this company. It seems to be a scam. Please give the option of zero stars for reviewers.This company does not deserve even one star for poor conduct

Does anyone actually know how to return the crap from this company? Can't believe what a scam this is!

The product quality with this company is beyond shocking. I have literally received the complete incorrect garments and unless it has a defect they won’t refund you. And if it does have a defect, which MOST of them do, not only do you have to pay to ship the item back but they also deduct shipping from your refund!!! The refund also takes an eternity if you get it at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Unless you’ve got money to burn. I’m all for cheap clothes, but I would at least like to be able to wear them once received.

Do not buy - It's a FRAUD!!!

I bought dresses for 60 euros and never come. I have send emails they replied with beautiful lies. I don't know if they ever refund my money.

I am so upset. I am still waiting for the item to arrive after 15 days. I paid extra ($20) for express shipping but never explained what this means in terms of how many days and how to track it. I emailed them several times, they keep on telling it's on its way but not sharing a target date. I cannot either contact them via phone, I cannot find anywhere a number to call. I am afraid now this can be a fraud. I spent overall $60 and I am so upset they can treat customers like this. Not acceptable!

Took over a month to get my order and then when it finally arrived it looked to have been made by a child. Horrible quality definitely a knock off remake version of the dress they advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! Complete scam.

I submitted an order on 10th June and received a confirmation email from them and when I tried to contact them they didn’t recognise my email address. I lost £80 and everything they sell is available on Ali express for less than a third of what they charge. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM
