Lookbyfare via Cheapflights
Booked through Lookbyfare using Cheapflights after cancelling a previous reservation with another provider on Cheapflights whom had doubled the ticket price when it came time complete the transaction. I checked these reviews prior to making the same mistake and lo and behold they did the same thing. Called right after the reservations were made and said the flight was overbooked (3 months in advance to Sacramento lol okay) and suggested a different destination. When I said I would just cancel the reservations they offered to keep me on the same flights for an additional $135. While it’s not a scam in the traditional sense, it is most definitely a bait and switch that just leaves a really bad taste in your mouth as a consumer. Had they offered the same fare initially I would have went with them and not felt like I just got hosed. Do better.

My booking was put on hold and I was asked to pay $200 more. Rechecking the listing, the amount listed was still the same. Could this be the bait and switch tactic? Very frustrating. Be careful when dealing with this agent.

Olimpia a great Custymer Service Agent.
Olimpia, was very helpful, kind, inform me what I asked for, and did all in her power to help me, asist me with the booking, wic usually its very confusing. Get the wheelchair I needed. I was surprised that I find an agent like Olimpia, usually all of them are rude and don't want to do their job. Olimpia was a great example. Thanks Olimpia!

I loved to talk with one of the employee named ‘PETRA’ she is so patient and calm while listening to my problems. But on the other hand when i reached the airport i got to know that the window seats i booked for the trip wasn’t actually paid I don’t know what to say and one thing more I paid for my online boarding pass also and I didn't get, I had to wait for that also so poor service and they didn't even get my money back its more than 350$.

Flight change
Wade was excellent to deal with he changed my flight schedule without any problem due to a flight canceling so he switched me to another flight and was very easy to work with i recommend dealing with him if you get the chance 👍🏾👍🏾
